The gas is usually averagely priced, and the Petro (rather than the Petrol) is really the standout factor at this particular little stop, which is not too far off the highway in the west suburbs of Knoxville.

I understand this is a smaller location leaving limited spacing for parking, but something outta be done about this cause I drive a diesel vehicle, which there are only 2 pumps there, and I'll sometimes stay in order to fuel up, or I'll get so irritated with the sheer egos and laziness that I decide to gas up elsewhere. This location is getting out of hand for this.

Cashier rang up as a tank purchase and had to cancel purchase. Rerang as exchange and card declined. Tried again and declined. I went to the pump and the card worked fine. Checked my phone and my bank requested in store transactions be fraud verified. I verified then asked the clerk to try again. He refused and told me to take my business elsewhere. I offered to show him the message from my bank showing the card was ok to use and he refused to serve me. Very rude. They've lost a customer forever. I was never rude for the record.

Myself and two other men where talking how we don't know where anyone was? About 3 min later an older gentlemen walks from around the back!? He was very nice, but I did think it was interesting as he literally was the only one their. It's not his fault that he's the only one working. The scheduling manager would be to blame here. Exxon gas is great! This locations service was not.
