They have four coffee machines and that machine is the only one that has the Light Roast flavor, I only drink this flavor. There was two employees at the register one was working and the other one doing nothing (just standing) with people waiting in line, I politely asked the one that was doing nothing if she can add some Classic Roast coffee to that machine so I can get the Light Roast, she said you have to use another machine, this machine is not working, I told her that the machine needs a Classic Roast to be added so I can use the Light Roast, she got mad and told me again that I have to use another machine, I told her again I only drink Light Roast and the machine can work if she can add the Classic Roast, she got mad and started shouting saying "you need to know who you are talking to, you need to show some respect ", I told her you need to do your job and I am calling Casey's company now and left the store. All other machine Classic Roast were full. This employee is the older black woman that has the worst attitude you can ever imagine, she acts like thugs, she is not supposed to deal with public. I am a person of color and I have nothing against her race. I always go to this store and get my gas and other needs, all other employees are respectful except this one. At any rate, we just joined the Good Sam camping club and with that paid membership, were supposed to get a small percentage off per gallon from Pilots... not here. At first my GoodSam card wouldn't swipe at the pump, so my husband went in to pay. He came back out and said that the wouldn't let him use my credit card. I went back in and she explained and I was cordial and explained back to her that if someone was to be using a stolen card, they would've swiped it at the pump and that it was the GoodSam discount that brought us inside. She looked at me as if she's had an epiphany. After I stood there inside, while my husband pumped the gas, finally it was over and THEN I learned that she didn't swipe the discount card, so all of that fiasco for nothing! The manager wasn't any different, I'll leave it at that. He listened to the entire thing and then at the end spoke up and said that location doesn't extend the Good Sam discount.

My friend said, "Ma'am, I handed you a ten not a five," and she straight up DENIED it! And to make matters worse she did NOT GIVE HIM HIS CHANGE!! Come on, Pilot... are you kidding me? It has the massive fountain and slurrpee machine most new gas rations now have and the variety of snack were plentiful. The aisles were nice and wide. They had a massive walk-in beer cooler ( which they call the beer barn), but also a 8 foot craft beer cooler case. I never saw so many kinds of craft beer available at a gas station. The store was very clean and the bathrooms were modern, clean and spacious. They also have a restaurant Calloways in the gas station. I will review this separately, but it had ample seating and help at the counter. The best was the Gas was as cheap as Costco. I don't know if that will be always, but it was the day I went. Sat Sept 19th my friend Mark and I were traveling from Standish MI back to Melbourne FL. We had…read morestopped for gas and when we got out of our vehicle the gentleman at the next pump yelled that we had a fire between our vehicle and our camper. we had several people helping us and Kris who works at this location was very helpful with the whole situation, after she called the Fire Dept. she kept checking on myself and my friend Mark offering us water or a soda. She even went up and above to find a mobile repair company to come look at our wiring for the camper so we could continue home. She said we could park across the street where the semi's park if we needed and I asked her if we do that we may need to take showers and asked her the cost and she not to worry tell they I said the showers are taken care of. Luckily, we were able to go the next exit and had assistance from one of the volunteer firemen( because the mobille repair wanted $400 just to come look at the issue)Jerry was able to splice the wires back together without hooking them up to the external battery so we had lights on the camper so we could get home. So again, a big thank you to Kris and Jerry from the fire dep. You guys are the best and myself and my friend Mark are so thankful for help, it shows there are good people still out there!
