They have four coffee machines and that machine is the only one that has the Light Roast flavor, I only drink this flavor. There was two employees at the register one was working and the other one doing nothing (just standing) with people waiting in line, I politely asked the one that was doing nothing if she can add some Classic Roast coffee to that machine so I can get the Light Roast, she said you have to use another machine, this machine is not working, I told her that the machine needs a Classic Roast to be added so I can use the Light Roast, she got mad and told me again that I have to use another machine, I told her again I only drink Light Roast and the machine can work if she can add the Classic Roast, she got mad and started shouting saying "you need to know who you are talking to, you need to show some respect ", I told her you need to do your job and I am calling Casey's company now and left the store. All other machine Classic Roast were full. This employee is the older black woman that has the worst attitude you can ever imagine, she acts like thugs, she is not supposed to deal with public. I am a person of color and I have nothing against her race. I always go to this store and get my gas and other needs, all other employees are respectful except this one. This happened today 09.17.2026 @ 9:25 AM. I will not be going to any Casey's store anymore and reviews will be uploaded online to all major reviews websites to show other customers what they can expect at your stores. I tried to call Casey's customer service, the automated system doesn't work and no one answer the phone. I called all numbers related to this company, none is working.

She said it gets done once a night bullshit this looks like I even washed in a week. Look at the bathroom, I heard another person to tell the people that the bathroom was dirty. I wasn't seen for myself. It was the woman knew it. She didn't send nobody to clean. It looks like just two people running the whole show there don't support places like this. Go to the mom and pops places. Bathrooms are cleaner franchisees are terrible. She even went up and above to find a mobile repair company to come look at our wiring for the camper so we could continue home. She said we could park across the street where the semi's park if we needed and I asked her if we do that we may need to take showers and asked her the cost and she not to worry tell they I said the showers are taken care of. Luckily, we were able to go the next exit and had assistance from one of the volunteer firemen( because the mobille repair wanted $400 just to come look at the issue)Jerry was able to splice the wires back together without hooking them up to the external battery so we had lights on the camper so we could get home. So again, a big thank you to Kris and Jerry from the fire dep. You guys are the best and myself and my friend Mark are so thankful for help, it shows there are good people still out there!

The next thing I know as I was getting into my vehicle the manager yelled at him and told him to get going and get off the property. I rolled my window down and told him, "Thank you" he said that was the third time he'd been there today asking people for money next time he was gonna get locked up. Kudos to this manager. I thought really, but then I was enticed to go in because of a fake cow under the price sign. I guess the question is why did that get me in the store lol. When I walked in I was impressed of the size, not Bucee big but much larger than it looks out side. It resembled the size of a Wawa. It was more organized than a Wawa. It has the massive fountain and slurrpee machine most new gas rations now have and the variety of snack were plentiful. The aisles were nice and wide. They had a massive walk-in beer cooler ( which they call the beer barn), but also a 8 foot craft beer cooler case. I never saw so many kinds of craft beer available at a gas station. The store was very clean and the bathrooms were modern, clean and spacious. They also have a restaurant Calloways in the gas station. I will review this separately, but it had ample seating and help at the counter. The best was the Gas was as cheap as Costco. I don't know if that will be always, but it was the day I went. I definitely will be going back to eat and get gas with great prices like that.
