I use to work for a retail store and I came in she would tell how crappy my store was then proceed to tell anyone that would was within ear shot how crappy my store was.. out of respect I held my tongue.. over Christmas the store was asking to donate a dollar to an organization... I always donate so when asked if I want to give a dollar I said yes. But when she said who for I told her know because my beliefs are different from what the organization stands for.. when I told her no she then wanted to know why ..I told her because she told me that was not good enough.. so the next two minutes was spent in an argument.. I have seen managers be standing next her when she is rude to customers.. I do not understand why she is allowed to speak to people the way she does

The next thing I know as I was getting into my vehicle the manager yelled at him and told him to get going and get off the property. I rolled my window down and told him, "Thank you" he said that was the third time he'd been there today asking people for money next time he was gonna get locked up. Kudos to this manager. And by stocked, I mean they carried allllll of them. But boy I don't like the back lot covered in trash. There are no credit cards on the gas pumps which are in sad condition. But, the owners do a good job of keeping everything running, and always seem to be working on something new, while hassling their patrons to keep it moving. I also had to say something about some gross trash near a pump once and they very came out and got it, looking embarrassed, and with some thank yous to me. The chicken in the back always seems to be a favorite. And as an added bonus, they carry hookah coals, bowls, and other paraphenalia... right up front! So grab some fried chicken, and some beer, take a gander at some well priced smoking accessories, and fill up the car, we're gonna have a good time.

After nearly a year of prompt, accurate refill notifications, I stopped receiving them 6/2024, despite my in person request to ensure the problem would be rectified. Furthermore, and more troubling and problematic, the pharmacy not only ceased notifying me of prescriptions and fill times, but began to Delete my prescriptions. Yes, this is correct, not a generalized, no confirmable complaint, but one that pharmacy staff confirmed (twice) in person that my refills were eliminated by a pharmacy staff person, though they refused to ID this person . My suggestion, if you have any other prescription option for pharmaceutical coverage, take it. The savings provided by Kroger's isn't worth the stress and complications You will ensure.

Furthermore the owner and manager are also rude. The owner has way to serious of an attitude which makes him hard to talk to about stocking something you continually need and would buy there. One of the other employees has horrible hygiene and can be seen smoking outside of the store at any given time. That employee once falsley accused me of yelling at the employee who uses his bird finger to ring you up. The store doesn't have prices on anything and the register doesn't display your total as the cashier is ringing you up. In fact, your total is never displayed and they never give you a reciept. The store is conveniently located but the convenience they offer isn't worth being disrespected.
