I couldn't find anyone and settled for a few months of bad brows until someone told me to go to April and Allison. I finally found them through reviews at Beauty and The Brows. I immediately booked an appointment and I now go every other week to get my brows done and don't plan on going to anyone else. April listens to what I like and speaks my brow language! She asks questions and is reassuring and makes things clear as well as touching up at home what not to do. She even takes out little baby hairs which not a lot of people do. I highly recommend this place. They are caring, funny and worth the money for good brows!

The oils, lotions and products she used smelt amazing! And my results were awesome! My face wasn't bright red and I was able to continue on with my day as if Dermaplane didn't happen 30 minutes prior. I highly recommend Kat, and her team. My next 6-week appointment is booked.

I live in Sevierville-PF-G-Burg and if you don't know where it is, it's about 45 min drive. Unfortunately, there's no eyebrow thread places in my area, therefore, I have to drive to Knoxville. If this company had another branch in my area, it would be great, but I still travel because I know my brows will be cleaned up. Usually come in weekends and it's usually 1 or 2 ladies. The first time I got it done was with an older lady. Although, she did okay, she pulled my eyebrows hard where the thread cut me and then she put sanitizer on which burned even more. I have extremely sensitive skin. Next time, I always got it done with the younger lady and I LOVE it when she does it. I just can't recall her name. I went to get my eyebrows done yesterday and someone else did it, she did a good job. I didn't tell her how I liked it because one my eyebrows was thicker than the other so she even it out and I loved the end result. The service itself is quick and speedy, it usually takes me maybe 5-7 mins and this salon offers other services. Check in store or online. I will update when I try their other services, but this is where I like to get my brows done. Hope this helps!

I had soft wax for the suprapubic area and then chocolate hard wax for everything else. From this I've learned to call ahead of time and figure out how the particular salon does its waxing.

They always ask what brow shape he or she prefers or just there to clean up--appreciate that because most brow places do not ask you. They just start threading to what THEY think looks good. I give them 4.5/5 because the price is bit high. All I got was eyebrow, and it costed $14 (w/o tips), where other brow place charges $7. Other than that, the brow place is clean and have music playing.
