I'm not sure who John M., in the reviews section is supposed to be. But clearly she is a coward and hiding her identity under the same name as the owners husbands name. Which is very weird in my opinion. This person was clearly just looking to complain and told outright lies about the types of reviews that are left about this salon. I have been on Google and other review platforms and people who have visited Backstage Salon have left detailed reviews about their awesome experience. I'm also here to tell you, that if you go to Backstage Salon, you will leave happy or they will fix it for free. AND THAT IS NOT A JAB AT ALL!!! THAT IS JUST THEIR PILICY!! They may have a new employee who is still learning. Because, ya know, heaven forbid A HUMAN BEING makes a mistake. Or maybe the cut just doesn't turn out like you thought it would. THEY. WILL. FIX. IT. Because, more than anything, they want you to feel good when you walk out of there and because they value you as a person and a customer. They know how important it is to so many of us females to feel good and feel like our hair looks nice. They are so friendly. So welcoming. They will work around most anything to help make you comfortable. I know all of this because I have been going there since it opened and I have personally witnessed how they treat and care for their clients and how I am personally treated. I've also been getting my hair done my Brittney since before this salon location opened. I know what their policies are because they have been offered to me when I've made "bold" hair cut choices and no matter how often I come or maybe don't get to come for a long time. I am still treated with respect, dignity, kindness and friendliness. Don't be a coward. If the cut doesn't turn out right and you're unhappy and the owner reaches out to PERSONALLY FIX IT ON HER TIME FOR FREE WITH NO ONE ELSE IN THE SALON AND YOU TURN IT DOWN--THATS A YOU PROBLEM--DONT GO AND BE A FREAKING KAREN AND POST A BS REVIEW! Just shows what kind of person you are when literally EVERYONE else has nothing but great things to say about the women working there and the outcomes of their hair experience. read more

wow, what else can I say? wow. this place is beautiful and that's how you feel when you walk out of the salon. everyone is simply so kind and helpful and great at listening to your needs. the decor is so unique and the bathroom even has funny cute signs everywhere. the employees here are so professional and yet also simply genuine people who you can have a conversation with. even if it's just about what you're cookin for supper later or if it's about something more persona. they will always be friendly! i will only ever go here for my hair dos because I know every time I leave I will leave looking gorgeous and fly! thank you backstage salon! WOW I don't thing have ever been to hair salon with a better atmosphere the employees there treat you amazing. They did exactly what I asked and I was in and out with in 30 min everyone there was so polite and makes you feel at home I will never go to any other salon but this one and I'm definitely bringing my family there next time as well. I love coming here, I get my hair done every 2-3 months here and I keep coming back because they always do it exactly right. I recently changed my color drastically and I was nervous to do it but they did such an amazing job that I'm going to continue with this new color for a while. They are color mixing masters.
