Her gentle and kind manner on the phone was so inviting and informative I knew she was the lady for me. Upon entering the salon everyone from Melanie, Whitney and Sara made feel appreciated! Having come from a salon where I felt like a dollar bill this was quite welcoming. I have now seen Sara nearly a half dozen times And each time she amazes me with her skill and compassion as I am relatively new to this whole world of coloring! This is the most wonderful beauty salon in Oak Ridge! I lucked up and was able to get an appointment with Kristen. She was a new employee at Salon 327 and a fairly new graduate from beauty school. Most people would have run the other way to have discovered this information about her! I; on the other hand, embraced her lack of a lot of experience because we ALL were new at our jobs at one time or the other. AND: I greatly appreciate Kristen because she was not afraid to ask questions. And, her mentor; Debra, would graciously stop what she was doing to come help Kristen with her question. They have both been wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend Salon 327 and Kristen for any hair service that you want or need! The first time I entered the salon 10 years ago I was apprehensive because we just moved here and the last salon ruined my hair. When entering the salon I was greeted by a friendly staff that was truly caring and concerned about what I was looking for. Michael greeted me and made me feel grateful for trusting him in coloring my hair. He takes the time and makes sure my hair is as healthy as it can be after years of damage. This salon is great, but even better than the salon is stylist Michelle O'Malley. She has been doing my hair for years and I have never had a single complaint. She is a joy to be around, super professional, and always cuts, styles, and colors my hair exactly the way I want it. Once when I had tried to color my own hair (and completely messed it up), she fixed it back exactly how I had it before. (I posted a picture below showing the before and after!) She is by far one of the best hair stylists in Knoxville and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist. read more

I love my stylist Michelle O'Malley at Salon 327. My hair being as blonde as a like it can sometime take a while, and a lot of concentration, but Michelle gets it perfect every time. I love that she doesn't mind to take her time and make sure my hair is the way I like it. She's been my stylist through many different hair styles and stages, yet she always is able to work with every style and color I've wanted. Michael is the stylist that always colors, cuts, & styles my hair. He always ask what I want done & at the end of styling he makes sure that I am happy/satisfied. The staff are always friendly & knowledgeable about the various products they sell. The wait time is minimal (rarely do I wait over 15 minutes) I highly recommend Salon 327! read more
