I can't say enough good things about Tampa Bay Pest Pros and the way they took care of my mom…read more My mom is in her 70s and lives by herself, so I wanted to make sure she was dealing with a company that was honest, professional and trustworthy. We received multiple quotes from other pest control companies and unfortunately, some of the pricing we were given made it feel like certain companies were trying to take advantage of an elderly woman who may not know what the service should reasonably cost. That was NOT the experience with Tampa Bay Pest Pros. Their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, essentially about half of what some of the other companies were quoting without sacrificing the quality of service whatsoever. More importantly, my mom had nothing but great things to say about the entire team. She said Luis and Brian were very professional, kind, helpful, respectful and treated her like family. As her son, that means a lot to me. Knowing she was in good hands with people who were focused on actually helping her rather than trying to take advantage of her. It's refreshing to find a locally operated company that combines great service, fair pricing and integrity. Thank you to everyone at Tampa Bay Pest Pros for taking such great care of my mom. You've definitely earned our trust and our recommendation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and dependable pest control company in the Tampa Bay area.

I would not recommend them anymore due to vandalism and terrible customer service. I am attaching picture of a worker who helped himself to the gas blower in my garage and then flooded out the engine and simply put it back. I also caught them on video breaking a wooden bench rocker. Instead of doing the right thing, the professional thing by telling me they broke it they just left it in a pile with no mention. Just trash people and trash company. Update to comments about bogus trip charges there weren't conveyed to me at the the time or service. Haha. Laughable. You can't add a bunch of charges to a bill after you go to a house, break my personal belongings and then get called out publicly with receipts. Hope any of you prospective customers take note on the unprofessionalism of this company. Another lie by the company. No one told me anything about these surprise charges before the service was rendered. This is the first time I'm hearing this as Jeff never told me about these during any of our multiple conversations on the phone. I'm adding screenshots of all the emails I have sent to their office asking to be compensated for the personal items they broke and never told me about. Let's see if Brantley P. offers to show any proof of what they claim.

I did my research, and Couch's came out on top (plus, a friend referred them). Their rep, Donnie, came out and measured and gave me a quote. IMPORTANT: most quotes you'll receive will likely be on the high side due to the fact that they sub the work out. Couch's does the tenting themselves, so not only are they more familiar with the work involved, you also end up saving $$$. Donnie was my point of contact and he answered all my questions (and I had many). He also provided me with the special bags to store my food items, and gave me tips on how to best prepare my home for treatment. (I was able to save a prized plant on the side of my house thanks to him not overlooking even smaller details.) After spending approximately 48 hours away, I returned to a home FREE OF TERMITES, with no issues whatsoever. This was a major deal for me and a huge pain in the a$$ and I'm glad I had Couch's to rely on.
