We recently found out that our 6 unit apartment building had termites and we had to tent and fumigate it. Since this three-day process would be dropping the tenting down onto the sidewalk in front of the building, we were concerned with passerby's tampering with the tent and/or fasteners. Apartment doors were locked but windows had to be left open so the fumigant could pass through. Although they felt it was a good idea, we were surprised the pest control company did not have anyone to recommend.

We needed security for two days and nights. I was there the first evening to meet the security detail at 11 pm, and not only was Anthony there on time, but he was accompanied by Shaundra, an executive administrator, who wanted to assure me that everything would be done right. I stopped by the next afternoon and Darnell himself was at the property. We had contracted with iDM Security until Saturday morning at 8 am. I did not arrive back to the property until after 8:30 am but noticed security was still there waiting for us. Albert said he had called Darnell and was told to stay until we arrived. My wife and I cannot say enough for the professional service we received from iDM Security. I had the privilege to speak with Darnell later and was even more impressed with the vision for his company and his desire and action for community involvement. Would not hesitate, if the need arose, to work with iDM Security again.
