I loved that they wore shoe covers before entering my house. They vacuumed everything when finished. They did a good job on the install. The wires are very well hidden and organized. I like it that they took the time to also set up the cameras on my phone and tested to make sure the Ethernet cables were working. Good attention to detail and due diligence. I look forward to hiring them again in the future. They also arrived on time.

I spent a lot of time researching alarm systems and…read morecontacted a good number of companies to find someone who could update my 25-year-old home alarm system while integrating both new wireless sensors and my existing hardwired contacts into a new cellular control panel. Only one other company, which was not locally owned and was more expensive, had the skills and willingness to build and install the type of system I wanted. Alan was fantastic from start to finish. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent about pricing and monitoring options. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or gimmicks, just honest guidance and quality work. He completed the installation promptly, took the time to teach us how to use the new system, and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was working well. I appreciated his straightforward approach and the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Watch Dog Security to anyone looking for a reliable local alarm company.

On one occasion, he confronted me about my RV while I was buying tail lights at O'Reilly Auto Parts and accused us of staying overnight, which we had not. Another time, he approached our RV while filming, taking photos, and yelling. Today, my husband came out of the shower in a towel and found Luis sitting in front of his locker, on his phone, blocking access to it. These repeated encounters have made us uncomfortable. Blue Knight Security needs to investigate and address this conduct.

Great service from beginning to end…read more I recently purchased a new home and had the pre-wire installed so that we could decide on what system to go with at a later time. John gave me his card and I reached out to him several months later when we moved in. He was really helpful in fine-tuning what I needed or didn't need in my system and explored a bunch of different options for me. Once we had decided on picking out a system, I was reached out to by Theresa and she let me know what the process would be like and what i should expect. On the day of the install, Roddy called me in the morning to let me know he was on the way and what time I should expect him by. He came in looked at the area, and told me how long he would take. Throughout this whole process each team member has been very polite, helpful and friendly. You don't see this kind of genuine service very often. You usually get a sale rep trying to up-sell you on things you don't need, a very short and unfriendly phone call from a rep to book an appointment and a tech that just sped

Jack and Vanessa at Varitec Systems installed a security system for my small business back in 2015,…read moreand have been maintaining the system ever since. I appreciate that they work within my budget as a tenant at the property. Pretty soon, they are going to replace a couple of our older cameras, and they also updated our wiring and replaced our DVR and secured all of our components to make them much harder to tamper with. They've also been there to help us when we needed to pull up footage after a few unfortunate incidents. We were also provided with excellent signage to let folks know they are on camera 24/7. Minor complaint: The current setup doesn't allow me to view footage on my laptop or desktop since I'm on a Mac, but I am able to view on my iPhone. Hopefully there will be a fix for that in the future; pretty sure that's on the software manufacturer, not Varitec. Most of their jobs are much larger in scale than my small business requires, so I appreciate that they still support my small business and keep it safe.
