Unfortunately, I can't my son didn't recall the security officer's name, but I think it started with a K. My son and three of his friends found themselves in a tough situation when they got into an accident, and one of their headlights was out. The officer arrived and, noticing their distress, took the time to assist them in fixing it so they could safely drive home. As a mother, it's terrifying to imagine your child stranded and vulnerable, especially in an unfamiliar and less-than-ideal area. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to that officer for stepping in to help my son and his friends get home safely. Your kindness in not just passing by but stopping to engage and assist them means so much. I truly hope to encounter you again someday so I can personally thank you for your compassionate actions.

Only one other company, which was not locally owned and was more expensive, had the skills and willingness to build and install the type of system I wanted. Alan was fantastic from start to finish. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent about pricing and monitoring options. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or gimmicks, just honest guidance and quality work. He completed the installation promptly, took the time to teach us how to use the new system, and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was working well. I appreciated his straightforward approach and the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Watch Dog Security to anyone looking for a reliable local alarm company.

Once we had decided on picking out a system, I was reached out to by Theresa and she let me know what the process would be like and what i should expect. On the day of the install, Roddy called me in the morning to let me know he was on the way and what time I should expect him by. He came in looked at the area, and told me how long he would take. Throughout this whole process each team member has been very polite, helpful and friendly. You don't see this kind of genuine service very often. I appreciate that they work within my budget as a tenant at the property. Pretty soon, they are going to replace a couple of our older cameras, and they also updated our wiring and replaced our DVR and secured all of our components to make them much harder to tamper with. They've also been there to help us when we needed to pull up footage after a few unfortunate incidents. We were also provided with excellent signage to let folks know they are on camera 24/7. Minor complaint: The current setup doesn't allow me to view footage on my laptop or desktop since I'm on a Mac, but I am able to view on my iPhone. Hopefully there will be a fix for that in the future; pretty sure that's on the software manufacturer, not Varitec. Most of their jobs are much larger in scale than my small business requires, so I appreciate that they still support my small business and keep it safe.
