Just went with my husband to enroll in TSAprecheck at this location. I was anxious after reading some negative reviews, but both people working there (nice woman and a gentleman - I think his name was Antonio) were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. We arrived at our appointment time of 8:50 to a long line, and I was expecting a protracted wait, but we went through the check-in and the rest of the enrollment process within an hour. My experience was that the people working there are efficient and kind, but I would still encourage you to bank more time than you think you'll need and to be patient. read more

I asked if the guy was having a bad day because he was so short with me, so impatient, rushing me. I started off so kind but was just shocked at how rude he was. This place is the epitome of what is wrong with customer service. I had my prints taken August 2024, It is now October 26th. Still not back. Do not go here. The 2 people that were working hear are lazy and could care less about problems with the results.. They gave me a card with phone number 1-800-844-321-2114. I kept calling and the recording keeps saying that my results are in process. I do not know what the problem is with the finger prints that they submitted, since you cannot talk to anyone. I left the place crying. Not because they made me upset but because of the time and care Antonio gave to my autistic young adult son. I was overwhelmed by the kindness. Obtaining my son's fingerprints can be a nightmare, and we were both stressed beforehand wondering if the person who was going to help us would have the patience. Had an unfortunate encounter with the person working there today. I mistakenly signed in on the clipboard that was supposed to be filled out by him. He scolded me without giving me a chance to explain myself then made me wait 1hr and a half as he called everyone he possibly could before me. As I attempted to apologize for a second time he just told me to follow his instructions and wouldn't give me the time of day to have a genuine decent conversation about it. I had to schedule my TSA Pre Check at this location as it was the closest to my home. Wow. First I was asked if I had an appointment, which I did. I was then asked what time my appointment was. Without consulting any appointment confirmation I was asked to wait. The service was very terse. This location has 2 businesses, the second is called Precise Drug Testing. They were very rapid with their service, so plus one star. The location is difficult to identify, because there is no signage on the building itself. Once you are in front of the door, you can see the vinyl signage amongst the other signage on the door. read more

When I first walked in the staff was immediately rude specifically Tristan. So much so that when another couple came when Tristan was done with them the lady made eye contact with me and gave me a look like, Wow! If you don't have to go here, don't. I was in my car and when the couple walked out I had to confirm the experience. The response from them was they felt like, "when does the organ harvesting begin". I've never had a fingerprint taken before-- so no other experience to compare to. Honestly I think this is a great place for what it is; it is efficient for exactly what they offer. Signage is not very obvious but the online process tells the customer beforehand, when you get the confirmation from making an appointment online -- that the location is situated in between a liquor store and karate school. Easy enough. And I hope they aren't short staffed, cause there was only one staff behind the desk(s), running everything. If she's the only one, give her a raise cause she was polite despite being a bit rushed, totally understandable cause like 5 people walked in at once, some without appointment. She was kind, polite and informative right out the gate -- I didn't get a name but I figured the reviews could use an update. It's located in a beat up old strip shopping center. The interior is run down and it made me wish I'd booked my fingerprinting through UPS, like I've done in the past. I arrived just a little over 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Ended up waiting ~30 minutes, before I was called. The staff were extremely efficient and very polite. There were two or three of them taking care of many of us. I watched and listened to a young girl and guy as they took care of one patron at a time. There isn't much privacy as most of the business is conducted in one large room, with a counter that divides the waiting room from the people providing the services. Once it was my turn, it took 5 minutes or less to get my fingerprints done. Again, both the guy and girl who were behind the counter were professional and very polite. They were busy, yet efficient and I'd give them 5 stars. The reason for my 4 star review is for the uninviting exterior and interior. Identogo should consider making the office more professional and provide their staff identogo shirts or something that would distinguish them. read more

I went here to get a fingerprint card to get a license in an other state. The staff was rude and acted like they'd rather be anywhere but there. I sent my printed fingerprint card to another Identogo in Florida to be converted into a digital fingerprint to send to the state. That Identogo charged me twice and then lost my card! They said they were issuing me a refund for the first charge, but it has not happened. Horrible experience and do not recommend using them if you have any other option. read more

This is a dirty, disgusting, unprofessional business with no sign located in a run down strip mall. Their Longmont location canceled my TSA Pre-Check appointment with less than 2 hours notice, so I tried to go here. I tried calling Identogo but I got stuck in a phone menu hell and they kept transferring me to the TSA call center. The TSA call center said Identogo can do walk ins between appointments, but when I got there they said it could take up to 4 hours for a walk in and I would have to hope someone else didn't show for their appointment. When I mentioned my appointment was canceled at their other location, both front desk people interrupted me to say they aren't affiliated with other locations and it's not their problem. If you have a choice, DO NOT go here for any reason. read more

I would leave zero stars if I could. The level of disorganization was astounding. There are no clear places to make a line, sit and wait your turn, etc. My wife and I had appts and were checked in six minutes late because there was no receptionist to check us in. I walk up an hour after my appt to ask how long it would be and THATS when they thought it was appropriate to tell me that because "we were late", we had to be treated as walk ins. Even if we were signed in on time, all the computers were taken. Awful communication and no respect for people who have jobs to go to, dared to tell me that they didn't tell me we were now a walk in because they wanted to avoid confrontation! I didn't want to be confrontational, but no communication was being had. Awful service, terrible workers, we left and didn't give them the satisfaction of our business. read more

I had an appointment for TSA pre check. I had no problem signing up online for the appointment. When I arrived 4 minutes late for the scheduled time, I was treated as a walk in and had to wait 45 minutes until my name was called. I was not informed of this nor did the email state this might happen. I sat there as other people arrived and immediately was allowed to review their information. When I finally got up there, I started the process. Obviously I wasn't doing something right and a nicer person came to help. They rushed me through as it was almost closing time. My advice, make an morning appointment and get there 30 minutes early, not 10 minutes as they recommend. read more

Don't even bother with this place. Went for a TSA precheck to get my wife done for an upcoming trip. We brought all documents showing her maiden name, new married name, etc. Marriage cert and all. When the guy came over to the terminal to "check" what she typed in, my wife asked him why it still showed her maiden name on one area, but her married name on another. He said "you'll be fine". 2 days later tsa emailed my wife that Identgo messed up and that she needed to send them her documents directly. This process they said will take 6 weeks! Which is way passed the time of our next trip. They also said that we could go back to Identogo and pay again to have it redone. Go to a different location if you want this done. read more

Excellent service, kind, polite, and efficient. I made a reservation to complete the TSA Pre-check process, which was very easy to do, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facility takes walk-ins, but customers are subject to first come-first-served behind reservations, so do yourself a favor and make a reservation. The building was easy to find using Apple maps. I truly wish I could give this 0 stars. I've had an appointment here for two months. I arrived and it was so sketchy looking I was convinced I was in the wrong place. I walked in about one minute late and the guy yelled at me and let everyone with appointments that weren't scheduled for another 20-40 minutes go before me. The employees just stood around talking to each other about random things until they decided you'd waited long enough. The building also reeked of cigarettes and was terribly disorganized. I'm so beyond annoyed and I hope they make changes soon especially with who've they hired. read more

First off, I will admit that I did not have an appointment. I needed to get my fingerprints done for volunteering with a non-profit and this location was the closest to me but was still quite far away. The third-party website that I was supposed to use to book an appointment wasn't working but the internet led me to believe that this location took walk-ins. They do not have a phone number to call and confirm so I chanced it and went anyway. Of course, they don't take walk-ins, which is their right, but when I explained the situation and asked if there was any way they could help by either allowing me to wait for an available opening or helping me find another location, I was responded to with comments about how it's not their job and how I should have done better research. The gentleman sitting waiting jumped to my defense and asked them to be more empathetic and less rude, at which point they said they'd call the police if we didn't immediately leave. I've never experienced this kind of abrasive treatment, which is why I decided to post my first ever review here. Also, everything else people have said about the location being sketchy and dirty is completely true. I, too, would give 0 stars if I could. Not sure how they got connected with FBI background checks but I expect much better from places that do this kind of work! read more
