I scheduled an appointment for fingerprinting services through this vendor. When I arrived at my appointment this morning, the door was locked. As other people began to arrive, I called the company and was told that the location sent out an email last night cancelling all appointments. This was verifiably false. The company rep then sent out an email while we were on the phone. Meanwhile, other people arrived. The rep took no responsibility and only offered to reschedule to another location which was not an option for me today. The most un professional service I have ever used. They charge a lot of money for a document that NO notary public will authenticate. The Secretary of State does not accepted either. If you for what ever reason you need the "AUTHENTIC" document they charge you even more money. Also, they charge 60 or 70 dollar for something that the Secretary of State changes only 5 dollars. Simply, this company is a rip off, be aware that will take you to the cleaners. And the bottom line is that they do not know what they are doing, except taking your money. read more

My experience with this company was unfortunately not that of other reviewers on yelp. Sadly my local police station no longer processes fingerprints which I'm used to as a frequent traveling nurse. The woman who obtained my prints seemed rushed and completely annoyed by assisting me. Originally, another person called my name and was about to take me back for processing when she suddenly had to hand me off to this lady- there was some weird back and forth and discussion about who would take what person for printing and actually both ladies seemed uninterested in actually working- all this went down in front of me. Not a great start. Upon fingerprinting, my processor had difficulty getting adequate prints due to her ridiculously LONG nails! I seriously felt like I was getting man-handled the whole time and the process took way longer than it should have. She was also clearly annoyed. To add insult to this experience, my fingerprint card was sent back 2 weeks later because the processor entered my birthdate incorrectly! This didn't come as a complete shock because how do you type correctly with crazy long nails?! So unprofessional for something so important. I immediately sent back the fingerprint card but due to the holiday season (mid December), Identogo still has not processed my background check and I've had to push back my start-date for new nursing job, incredibly frustrating! Needless to say, I really miss my local police station guys that were professional, courteous, and efficient when getting fingerprinted. If you get stuck with anyone at this company with long nails, immediately request someone else... you've been warned! read more

I was very upset the day prior having been turned away from Lakewood Police (not the police dept) because their list was "too long" and could not accommodate any more people. I recommend using this place for any nurse that needs their prints ASAP as some places only offer specific days of the week with specific times, making this a difficult process. Although my appointment was pretty quick given I'd made an appointment online, I felt as though the people who took my fingerprints didn't know exactly what they were doing. The girl kept saying "I think I do this next" and just seemed very unsure of the steps she was taking. I was paying $130, so I wanted to make sure everything was being done correctly. Downtown parking is a pain but when you arrive at Denver Fingerprint the customer service and attendance is so prompt that I was able to get back to my car at the meter in plenty of time. I was in and out of the building in less than 10 minutes, with fingerprints on fingerprint cards in hand. Appointments are accepted and walk-ins are welcome. I needed fingerprints for professional licensing in another state. Even though I could have taken my fingerprint cards to a local police station, I decided on Denver Fingerprint due to a guarantee that if my digitally rolled fingerprints and printouts were rejected I could get them redone. I needed two fingerprint cards and I opted for the $20 deal, which includes two rolled fingerprint cards + lifetime archived fingerprints for any future needs. However, requests for future reprints are $15/card and mailing is an additional cost of a minimal $5, which is more expensive than the initial service I received. In my mind I would rather just get future prints redone elsewhere for cheaper. Plenty other services were offered (i.e photo passport, notary and others). If only they offered postal service, then I could have had my paper work/ application stamped and tracked on the spot to send off. Over-all, very professional and pleasant service. read more

I walked in on a recent Saturday without and appointment. I was out in about 10 minutes with fingerprint cards and passport photos. These guys are fast, efficient, and friendly and if you order more than one fingerprint card, they keep your prints on file permanently if you ever need another set If only every business operated like this. I came here for passport photos for my toddler. I really wanted a place that was going to be better than Walgreens or something since my kid is a wiggly toddler, so I drove here from Aurora to get this done. The girls working were super nice, and the facility seemed nice. I was required to login on an ipad which was weird, but they are a fingerprinting place primarily. Anyways, the gals took her photo using a webcam, so it wasn't very clear to begin with. Also, the light they use is very harsh, so the shadows were pretty bad. They printed out the photos and gave them to me. I told them that I didn't think the passport agency would accept the photos. The rules are - look directly into the camera, no shadows behind you or on your face, and there needs to be a certain amount of space above your head. They retook the photos (my daughter was behaving well and trying to stare into the insane light lol, but their webcam just wasn't that good), and this time the photo was better...but still not acceptable. I had them fix the spacing around her photo, but my daughter wasn't even looking at the camera. Her eyes were just these black blobs. The ladies told me that this was fine. They've taken tons of passport photos, and they've never had an issue. Against my gut feeling, I accept the new photos. Well - several weeks later my daughter's passport was rejected. Now I had to pay for expediting with a proper photo to make our trip in time. I ended up downloading an app and taking the photo myself. It cost me less than a dollar to print. Might as well have lit my money on fire at this place. But the girls were nice and so was the facility, so they get 3 stars for that :) read more

This is the only place I'll get fingerprinted. I've had to do this multiple times over the years for work. I've been to the police station and sheriff departments in the past. The process was always slow, cumbersome, had to fill out the form by hand, and they always made it clear helping me was the last thing they wanted to be doing. And they used ink. Denver fingerprinting on the other had many appointment times, they filled the form out on the computer, used electronic fingerprint software, were polite, and offer an expedited FBI option. And, they are polite and professional. Won't waste my time anywhere else moving forward! Denver fingerprinting rocks! read more

The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable, and provides great service to diversity people with backgrounds who set their foots in the door! I went down to the station to get my fingerprinting done before it closes at five O' clock. First thing I had informed one gentleman who works at FBI fingerprinting department that I am deaf. He has demonstrated a great communication skills by typing down on the phone to kindly explaining me what he is going to do to get this legal documentary processed and he have asked me questions to retain information in an heightened sense of sensitivity manner. The procedure is clean, quick and prompt as I have done my fingerprinting through online with technology where you don't have to use the ink! The price is reasonable and accurate! Even the results are fast through 24 hours if you pay 80 dollars to process it and 5 dollars for the cardboard. They put it in an envelope. Ten thumbs up! read more
