The need for educated, positive attitudes regarding costumer service and professionalism is needed here especially and at most* of the Concentra locations based in the denver metro area. This location in particular drops the ball. It also seems that we have problem with workload and the wearing of multiple hats for one job, the receptionist, did not even look up from her paperwork and was intentionally condescending and patronizing, as a healthcare professional myself, I was shocked at how under-qualified, under-supervised, unprofessional and disrespectful this group is. The office was so cute, clean and had fun decorations. I was impressed that they even have a coffee maker and TVs. The woman at the front desk was great at explaining everything. My nurse was so nice and the Dr. explained everything wonderfully. And to make things better, the wait wasn't even bad (around 10am this morning).

They got me checked in and seen super-fast. The front desk guy was friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Then Kate, the PA who saw me, was absolutely wonderful--kind, thorough, attentive, and made sure I understood everything. This place really stands out for its excellent customer service. I have seen them many times and every time the medical team is kind, respectful, and helpful! There are certain things they cannot address, which need a specialist or ER, and like any other Urgent Care or ER. Their visits are long, as they get a hood picture of what is going on, do appropriate tests, and have you talk virtually to a Nurse Practitioner ir a Physician Assistant. They will ask you to follow-up with your doctor.

My secondary insurance would pick up costs that the primary insurance did not, i.e. co-payment. Medicare pays based on their fee schedule.
