I left a voice mail and several hours later still no return call, text NOTHING. What kind of business is this? Starting to think this place is a scam and this business can't be trusted. If you want your relative/friend to remain in jail then by all means Call Chris. Luckily. I found a trustworthy place recommended by a friend and all is going well. Lastly, this place is NOT open 24hrs. Or at all, clearly false advertising. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere more reliable.

I went back in the next day for a refund, they took a copy of my credit card and said they would call me when it was refunded. They never called me, and I've called back several times and they continually ignore my calls. I had to put in a dispute for the charge with my card, and block any future purchases since the guy working seemed very shady and has a copy of my card. What ever you do, stay away from this company!

It was extremely soothing to have someone so competent to work with, and my friend was released this evening. I called several bondsman services, and while I won't name them I was not impressed with the others because they either didn't answer and didn't return my messages, or else give me an impression of total uselessness (one guy kept replying "oh f**k" to all my answers to his questions about employment and income etc. Who does that??). So I hope I never need to call for a bail bond again but if I do I know who I'll be calling.
