I left a voice mail and several hours later still no return call, text NOTHING. What kind of business is this? Starting to think this place is a scam and this business can't be trusted. If you want your relative/friend to remain in jail then by all means Call Chris. Luckily. I found a trustworthy place recommended by a friend and all is going well.
