I went in to bail a friend out, they said they…read morethey would be at the jail in an hr to deliver paperwork. 5 hours later, I called to make sure they took care of it and they said they would get to it eventually, the guy I spoke to was extremely rude. I went back in the next day for a refund, they took a copy of my credit card and said they would call me when it was refunded. They never called me, and I've called back several times and they continually ignore my calls. I had to put in a dispute for the charge with my card, and block any future purchases since the guy working seemed very shady and has a copy of my card. What ever you do, stay away from this company!

My beloved gold bangle was in need of polishing and regroving of the lines etched in. 3. I wanted a custom made Cross & bead gold bracelet that I had I my mind. Nobody makes them. Lastly I had a bag of gold rings to sell. I wanted to say that EVERY EMPLOYEE was beyond polite and professional. They listened to every one of my 'ask's' and immediately said yes. They told me to give them a couple of days on the design for the new bracelet for my approval. When I received their ideas, it was exactly what I wanted. A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request. I went to pay and they didn't charge me. Now THAT's customer service!! We will be back. Thank you all for your assistance

This time the shop had moved to a new location. I was staying downtown and was able to hop on the rail and arrive within a reasonable, but m,operate walk from the train stop. It wasn't necessarily an ideal walk front eh train, but definitely manageable. This shop is always packed with cool stuff - in this newer location they have much more space and Heaven more great stuff. New and used, they have lots to look at. I was definitely impressed with the guitar pedals that they keep in stock. Really appreciate the ability to check out some uncommon stuff that I have been interested in potentially adding to my pedal board. The folks here are always friendly and obviously love talking about music equipment as much as I do. Definitly A+ for Flipside Music shop!

Fast, friendly service! Unlike most bondsmen, these folks are friendly on the phone and even friendlier in person. Mark was busy the day I tried to bail my friend outta jailil, but was willing to meet me later that day. I chose to wait rather than call anyone else because I knew he would still get it done faster and easier than calling around. I was able to take a pic of my ID and bank statement and text it and he emailed the application. We took care of all the necessary paperwork using only a phone before meeting Mark at the jail. I spent only ten minutes at the jail and my friend was out in an hour or so. Excellent service once again. read more
