I was returning a set of Halloween garden décor stakes. When he had difficulty fitting them into the box, he rudely asked, "Did they come assembled?" I explained that they did not, but that I had left them assembled because I didn't want the pieces to get separated. He rolled his eyes, became visibly more irritated, and aggressively took the stakes apart and shoved them into the box. I was concerned they could be damaged, and I felt embarrassed because there was a line of customers behind me watching the interaction. I even apologized, despite simply trying to complete a return. He would not make eye contact and sarcastically told me to "have a good day." His demeanor was unnecessarily hostile and intimidating, and the entire interaction made me very uncomfortable. I will be taking my Amazon returns elsewhere in the future. Customer service should never make someone feel embarrassed or intimidated for simply completing a return.

So I wanted it done well, and planned on having my local tinting company to install. The image arrived and well packed, but as soon as I opened it i seen the random line that was the same color as the qr code. I immediately covered it in marker to try and fix it, and i regret not taking an image first. Still, its pretty clear there's a line covered in marker there... so I emailed them. When I got no response I was getting pretty pissy, and if I'm being honest my email made clear I wasn't happy this wasn't caught after print. This morning I decided to leave feedback on their website, that got their attention. Within minutes I got a phone call berating me over my comments. Telling me he would have been open to reprinting but doesn't feel to do that because of my comments. The conversation came back to my unanswered email, and he admitted that would change things, and he would look into it and call back. He was true to his word, and truly a jerk. Condescending, arrogant, and full of excuses! .... that line doesn't show on my screen, it could have been part of the artwork, we can't contact everyone for every possible error." After all that attitude he reluctantly says he will reprint in effort to keep his customers happy. Well after those two calls, there is no going back to 'happy' with this company, and my soul is not for sale. Live, learn, share my experience, and let y'all decide for yourselves.

I really wanted to find my go-to spot for all my merch needs because I have multiple clients/vendors with year-round requests, and I was delighted to meet Kolton as he was very knowledgeable and energetic when I first met him in the shop. He helped me source the type of shirts I wanted, even ordering samples for me to check out in-person, and I was pleased with his pricing as well. I could not have asked for a better start. Unfortunately, as you may have guessed from my rating, things started to go downhill once it was time for production. The common theme was inconsistency: 1) Communication was random -- via calls, texts, and voice messages, it was difficult to find out the status of my order. Twice I even drove to the shop before their closing hours so that I could find out in the flesh, but on both occasions the store closed early without any notice. 2) Deadline was delayed multiple times -- Kolton had informed me that he would be going out of town but ensured me that my order would be completed before he left. When the planned date of completion had come, I hadn't heard from him all day so I called near end of day to ask for a status update; he asked if he could get the order completed after his vacation because he didn't have enough time. Even though this was upsetting, I told him it was fine - we've all been there with deadlines, so I gave him another chance. Fast forward to his return from vacation, my order was still not done until a week after it was promised it would be completed. 3) Finished product was not professional quality -- I had ordered a simple single-color embroidery on polo shirts, and I was shocked to see the inconsistent stitching from one shirt to the next for nearly every single shirt. I figured with all the time that was spent on the job, that the shirts would come out amazing... but it looked as if he rushed throughout the entire process. They did not look the same as the initial sample shirts that were shown to me at the beginning of the project, so I felt misled. From seeing the majority of positive reviews for this shop, I am very confused as to why my own experience was much different even though I was respectful, remained patient, and the complexity of my request was quite standard and simple.

I tried to use the self service but I was receiving the code. I asked one of the ladies to print it for me. I was in and out just before the rush came because as I was paying about 8 people came in at once. ( that tells me lots of people in my area use them too)I will definitely use them again if needed because they offer drop off for Amazon packages as well.
