They are so sweet and really go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. My dad and I both ordered a protein Belgian waffle topped with strawberries and blueberries, with a honey drizzle. The ordering system is super simple. You just order and pay at the front and they will bring it to you when it is ready. They served us our waters, my dad's milk, and some cutlery while our food was being prepared. The food came out roughly 10-15 after we ordered. It was presented very nicely and aesthetically. The waffle was hands down the best protein waffle I've ever had. It was dense, thick, and fluffy, but didn't have an artificial protein taste to it at all. The fresh berries and honey on top were the perfect addition. I also appreciated the sugar free syrup and swirls of cool whip and the side. The meal was very filling and satiating as well. Overall, I was more than impressed with Gainzville Hub! It is a wonderful establishment in downtown Gainesville serving great protein packed options. The inside is unique and fun. Service was awesome, super friendly, and efficient. The food -- phenomenal! While I had my eyes on the hot dogs, I decided to go with the smoked tofu sandwich - which the staff said was highly recommend due to the vegan chipotle mayo sauce. I waited for about 5 minutes or so for my sandwich which was about $13. The standouts were the smoked tofu and the chipotle sauce. The tofu was flavorful almost like smoked paprika and some spicy. The chipotle was very creamy and great component to the sandwich. I wish they would've toasted the sandwich as the vegan cheese is just an afterthought. I just let the good aromas soak deeply into my senses.... Dreaming of that fabulous New York style bagel with lox ... and capers ... They forgot the capers ... I will try to forgive them for that ... It was a pretty epic lox & bagel tho .. one that I will not forget anytime soon :-)

The lemon-blueberry cookie was also amazing. Buttery, with a tangy lemon flavor, the cookie was really moist. The other free cookie I got was a caramel chip one. This was more of a crunchy cookie with chunks of caramelized caramel pieces and white chocolate chips. You really can't go wrong with any of the baked good here. I do appreciate the fact that they prioritize selling fresh baked goods each day! Overall, I was blown away with the Bagel Bakery. Honestly I'm kicking myself because I haven't come here sooner.
