It took about 2 months to finally get in there. When I finally got into the clinic, and was literally moments from finally getting my first laser hair removal, I was asked if I had been on any medications in the past 2 weeks. When I said that I had, my appointment was suddenly over. I was not happy about this at all, and really the clinic should mention such things when the appointment is scheduled. My appointment was then postponed for another week. But after my initial issues of schedules and past medications, I have never had a negative thing to say or express since. I am always greeted the moment I want into the door with a friendly, happy, smiling face. Cordial small-talk is quite customary. In the rare times I have had to wait for somebody, it has never been more than 5 minutes. I have recommend this place to several people who have asked why I no longer look like a gorilla on my back and traps. Once my Groupon visits were coming to an end, I was offered a great deal on an unlimited treatment package, which also covered my shoulders. It was a great offer that I accepted. Note: I have read other complaints from people stating that the laser wasn't turned high enough. I asked about this, because my laser was turned up as high as it could go, so I got the most bang for my buck out of my Groupon. At the end of the session, my back looked like I was a burn victim... and the procedure feels like a dozen bees stings, every single square inch they move around. I asked to have the laser turned down. Removing all the hair will take a little longer now, but I am no longer mentally traumatized by the experience.
