If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! Service was quick and easy. Willie is extremely professional, responsive, and incredibly kind. I have visited him twice now for fingerprints and both times were great. I highly recommend! read more

Very reasonably priced, I did not require a ID and the owner is personalable and knowledgeable.

Great experience , I went recently and brought 3 friends who also needed the services of live scan. I would recommend , easy & quick friendly service! Thank you! read more

Great service! Went here to get 3 fingerprints for three different licenses and never failed me! Reasonable pricing as well.

Highly highly recommend using this company whenever you can. Not only were they fast to respond, well priced and extremely knowledgeable... But they actually found me a closer business and saved me a 5 hour round trip drive during my work week. Thank you Willie!! read more

I texted ID Solutions to request an appointment for a Live Scan. After arriving at the agreed scheduled time, Willie was able to complete the Live Scan in 5 minutes! The fee for the Live Scan is $25. Excellent service! I will be back! read more

If you need quick & efficient service, COME HERE! Make sure to call to make an appointment, don't be late, & be prepared to be in & out in just 5 minutes. That's it. Willie is truly so knowledgeable & professional. He's been in the business for 15+ years but due to the pandemic he's lost as much as 70% of his business and had to relocate to a smaller location. For the quality of his service and just how quick he made the entire process considering he runs it himself, he deserves more business!! I'm not sure why so many of the reviews seem the same starting with "called to make an appointment, he sounded rude" seems suspicious. But even so, maybe learn not to take things so personally? Maybe he is/was going through a tough time? Nonetheless, no one owes anyone a smile & chipper greeting. Stop going to UPS for your live scans, they make enough money & they make you wait. You won't believe how easy fingerprinting could be until you come here read more

This is a local business with world class services. Efficient, honest, helpful. He helped me understand a process that included national and international components. He was patient and thorough. I highly recommend this excellent business. The location is easy to access, easy transportation and lots of free street parking. Definitely worth the trip.? read more

So helpful and efficient, and was very nice to my children I had to bring along due to lack of childcare during the summer. I went to another location in the Mission district before this and it was miserable! Close to the worst possible experience I could have. I only went there because it was the closest to my home that was one of the options my future employer posted on their website. After that awful experience, I remembered that in the past, I went to ID solutions and had a good experience getting fingerprinted for another job. I called to see what he could do and sure enough he squeezed me in that day (today), had NO TROUBLE at all getting my prints in just about one minute (the other place couldn't do it right after over an hour on my last trip...long story...) and he even was super nice to my two young children I had to bring along. I can't express just how grateful I am and how much I recommend this place! read more

Professional and efficient. Make sure to call ahead to make an appointment. Fair price for fingerprinting.

The office change location: 1315 17th Avenue (Irving - cross street) SF, CA 94122 Call the number to make an appointment, after he confirm he will send a text to your cellphone so you could use the link to reschedule or cancel. I spend around 10 minutes to finish the fingerprint scan and he totally charge me $50 ( CA DOJ $32, rolling fee $18,) same as the price pay to UPS. I don't think he is a rude person because every sentence he said to me always finish with "thanks" or "please," I talked to him in the same way. read more

Incredibly fast and efficient finger printing. And the guy was so nice! Easy to get an appt.l and very clean!

Came here over the past 2 years to get my live scans done for school and now in preparation of my certification. Always reliable and kind service. I find it to be a great price too compared to other live scans nearby. Appointments are made by phone, super easy to fit a time as soon as possible. Appointments are super quick, you are in and out in 5-10 minutes. I'm always comfortable here and even enjoy the conversation! There is neighborhood parking if you can find it, but it might be far and little because it's by sunset. I usually pay 15 min meter parking since there's always plenty. read more

Willie at ID Solutions took my fingerprints after my rejection from another location, due to "quality too low to be used". He thoroughly guided me through the entire process and showed me my print quality before taking my fee. Today I got my DOJ letter with complete clearance. I highly recommend Willie and ID Solutions if you need this service. Suzanne read more

I wish could give ID Solutions more than 5 stars. I failed 3 attempts at fingerprints at local well rated locations and the post office. After 4 decades of constant handwashing as a nurse, my fingerprints were in bad shape. ID Solutions was informative and professional, with rapid scheduling and service. He succeeded in FBI approved fingerprints the first time. I wish I had started here! read more

Little hole in the wall but the owner is from the neighborhood, pleasant, and honest.

Willie is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and really helped me out of a jam today! My daughter's school lost my fingerprint records that I needed for a volunteer event the next day. He first tried to help by giving me the record keeping contact at the Archdiocese. When they still couldn't locate them, he booked me for an immediate appt. I was in and out in 10 min! Go and see Willie! For native San Franciscans, chances are high that he'll know someone you know!! read more

Super fast. Called, got an appointment and got fingerprinted within 30 minutes. Super efficient.

I have had multiple great experiences at ID Solutions, including kind interactions with the owner. He was able to get me in very quickly and was very professional. The state I sent my prints to either lost them or got food on them (lol) and he was so quick to get me in again to redo my prints. He was very understanding. In addition, if you would like, you can have ID Solutions save your prints for future use. I decided to do this, as in my profession, I can get licensed in additional states. I plan on doing that and continuing to use ID Solutions. Very fast, professional, trustworthy, and understanding. Thank you! read more

I've used these services more than once and each time has been clear, seamless, effective, quick and very professional. I liked the automated text calendar link for my appointment and there was always someone to answer both the phone and door. read more

Super easy fingerprinting and background check process. The location is right off Irving St. on 17th Ave. It's on the ground floor of what looks like a residential building, so it can be easy to miss. There is currently no big sign but you will see the address with the sign for "ID Solutions" on the door. You go in and Willy takes your fingerprints with his mask on, and with gloves. He asks that you use hand sanitizer before touching the finger scanner. I had filled out the form and printed it prior to arriving. He scanned it, and that was it. Very easy and quick. There was only one person inside other than myself and there is space, so it felt safe in terms of social distancing. read more

You meet people like Willie pretty rarely, so when you do, it's good to take note of who they are. Whatever field they're in, you want to be dealing with them and recommending them to others! So, if you need insurance clearance, teachers, immigration, any type of live scan police clearance... People, this is the place. Look no further. If you're far away, it's worth the drive. This man will get your work done right the first time. I had an impossible situation. He discussed all my options and made sure I understood everything clearly - patiently going over finer details until I got it. His expertise made my work successful. I was dealing with an unrealistic deadline with a three day weekend looking me in the face! There were other difficulties he helped me through as well. He even gave me the option to leave without paying anything and call him later with my decision to go through with it or not. I decided to just go ahead - and let me just say, I could have avoided the 2 hour drive and found a live scan place near me. But if I had, my work would not be done like it is now. He's that good! read more

My coworker recommended this spot to get my fingerprint scan and it wasn't too far of a drive from my house so I made an appointment. This was my first time ever getting my finger print scanned and I was really lost when I walked in there, extremely unsure of what to do. Willie was amazing and walked me through the entire process while being really patient with me AND holding an interesting conversation. The whole process took 10 minutes or less and I got my permit less than 2 weeks later. I highly recommend anyone to come here. It was quick, easy, efficient and Willie was a pleasure to work with! read more

Great fast service. Less costly than others on the list given to me for work. The guy who owns the place is really nice and extremely friendly overall. Even when I had some issues with work not getting prints processed as quickly as before and I emailed him, he was able to clearly let me know what they weren't; which was everything was fine and within 5 business days I had my approval from the DOJ. Only downside in that place is the following: 1. Stairs - not handicap friendly that I could tell. 2. The place has no AC. It's HOT in there. 3. The water fountain that is in there needs fixing as it dribbles out water lol. Not helpful to even fill a bottle and not sanitary in my eyes. So he gets 5 stars and the place itself gets 3. read more

Rude horrible service. I have a scheduled appointment, I get there 5mins before. The guy refused to let me inside the building, he took my paper work and id asked for my social and closed the door right behind him. This interaction makes me really uncomfortable. I am just waiting outside a sketchy building like an animal. This treatment is inhumane. Almost 15mins later he says it's my turn. That's 20mins standing outside on the corner with f the street. Then emerge a girl no older than 16 come out. He says it's my turn, he finger prints me for 20secs tops and my appointment was over. What was he doing with that young girl for so long if the appointment only took less than a minute??? read more

Willie is the best! Super honest and nice to chat with. He really knows his stuff and is efficient.

Highly recommended! Responsive, reliable, very experienced for license needs. It was so easy to text for an appointment and flexible with scheduling. In and out of the appointment fast. Owner is COVID-cautious and that is greatly appreciated. Also gives great advice! Will definitely return in the future. read more

Called in the morning to get an appointment for Live Scan fingerprinting and got voicemail. Left a message and heard back from Willie around 2 hours later and managed to squeeze in a same day appointment. I was almost contemplating going over to the UPS store on Geary in Inner Richmond because a nursing school classmate of mine said it cost like $65 but I had such a bad experience for another reason at that store that I decided to make my way down to this place. Got there and two others were waiting ahead of me. I waited a total of about 20 minutes, 10 minutes past my appointment time. Each person takes about 10 minutes to get through. Willie definitely knows the rodeo and knows his stuff! He sounded really confident when he was talking about his fingerprinting abilities and I really liked the nice touch of the pre-addressed USPS Priority Mail envelopes that he had in stock to hand out for all the main destinations. He offered a good point of making sure to mail forms with some kind of tracking service because you are mailing in personally identifiable information. Anyway, $70 for LiveScan fingerprinting for my RN NCLEX application. Pretty good price with confident service and nice added value of shipping materials. I'm recommending this place to my classmates for sure! read more
