I finally got around to using it last Wednesday. After work, I drove up to this The Keg location in Woodbridge. It's across from the Element hotel that I used to spend the night at when I returned to the city late from a flight. It's funny that I only knew about the McDonald's next to this hotel, simply because it was the only food place open when I checked in at nearly midnight. It's nice to know that there's this eatery when it's not pitch black at night. I parked just behind the restaurant and walked over to the entrance. The patio looks like it would be great to use when it's summertime. I got here at 5:30 pm. There were a few folks ahead of me in the lobby area waiting for a table. There were two male staffers greeting people. One was working politely with a not-so-happy customer on the phone. The other was diligently working to seat everyone. When it was my turn, both folks were so welcoming. One of them offered the lounge area. I was down with it. It's the best part of dining solo. You don't have to wait for a table in the dining room when you can be seated at either the lounge or bar. It was comfortable dining in the lounge. Megan was my server. Schuey's is close to the airport and is a great spot if in town of business or take the family. Will be back when in town again!!
