Michael and Jared took the time to listen carefully to the history of the problem and immediately recognized that it could be related to the aftermarket backup camera interface rather than the factory CUE system itself. Within minutes they identified that the camera interface settings had been changed, likely after a battery replacement, and corrected the configuration. The problem was resolved immediately. What impressed me most was that they didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts or repairs. They quickly diagnosed the actual cause, fixed it, and didn't even charge me for their time.
