I sat on one of their couches and read for an hour or two. The overhead music isn't very loud, so it was easier to concentrate. If you're looking for a place to work or quietly chit-chat, Capital One Cafe is ideal.

However, I found it inappropriate and unprofessional for employees to have such a loud personal conversation in a crowded customer-facing environment, especially when the conversation included a statement like that. I hope management can address the issue and remind employees to be mindful of their volume and conversations around customers.

The ambiance didn't really stand out and wasn't something I particularly liked -- it felt pretty average. We ordered a cappuccino and a chai latte, and both were mid. Not bad, but nothing memorable or special. Overall, it's fine if you're nearby, but not a place I'd go out of my way to visit again.
