ICN Towing is THE Best. I was stranded on the Virginia side of the border in a AAA desert with only a shoulder separating me and heavy 18-wheeler snakes hauling on I-77. Mario was a big help getting my rv out of a ditch. He didn't have the equipment for the job, bit hooked me up with another tow company and stayed until the rv was successfully extracted and the undercarriage looked over for damage, of which there was none. Thank God for Mario and his towing company! After a long, stressful, frustrating morning with AAA Mario came to the rescue. I was pretty much stranded in the 5S freeway on my way to LA for 4.5 hours because AAA decided to send me an incompetent towing driver that couldn't get us to the auto repair company. I've owned modified cars my entire life. I've also had AAA for 15 years and have towed all of them probably and one point or another. They told AAA that my car was a race car when it's a completely road legal, registered, titled and insured...and has been towed my AAA about 4 times over the last 3 years. I bought a car about a month ago in Burbank, ca. About 30 minutes into driving it back home to Northern California it broke down. I called AAA and they sent over M&M Towing. I can't remember the drivers name but he was a younger guy. He got to my location in a fair amount of time. Hooked up my car and got it up quickly. We had about a 3 hour drive. He was very nice. Mario, the owner of the company, came to pick up my company's prototype supercar and he did an awesome job. This was an especially challenging job because our vehicle is 3.5" off the ground and 81.5" wide. There was no damage whatsoever to my vehicle after unloading. Mario both loaded and unloaded our vehicle faster and more carefully than anyone I've ever had tow for my company. My family and I were stuck with a bad transmission leak on Thanksgiving day that left us stranded on our way up to the central coast. Mario handled taking my car back to San Diego and dropped it off at the transmission shop where the work was done. I originally thought I needed to accompany the car but he handled the drop off solo and made sure the key was in the company mailbox.
