The service personnel were professional, competent, and very gracious...everyone in the office acted as if I would be their only customer of the day. FIVE STAR rating ~ definitely! Today, the tire sensors needed to be checked, and replaced if necessary, since the car's 10 years old. The dealership quote for replacing one sensor: $167 + labor; dealership said all four needed to be replaced for a total of $700. North Elkin Tire quote for one sensor and labor, $100 per sensor ~ a $300.00 difference. NET checked all four sensors and said only one needed to be replaced. Also, they switched out the fickle nitro air for real air in all four tires. They completed both jobs in a very reasonable amount of time ~ with the same competency and courtesy you can expect and receive at North Elkin Tire. FIVE STAR rating ~ definitely! From wildly flailing air hoses to jamming too many cars in a one hole door, to poorly mounted, over pressured and out of round tires, stripped and lost lugs hub caps and motor mounts from improper jacking ...the list goes on. Avoid at all costs. PS...Hi Ed...you still owe me a mirror assembly, 3 lug nuts, my mom's hub caps, a paint job, and maybe give that poor guy his face back after that loose air hose hit him about 400 times in 3 seconds after he grabbed it to protect a nearby car.
