This was truly the best experience my fiancé and I could have asked for. After visiting another…read morejewelry store where we were ignored and then pressured to buy, we left feeling discouraged. Deciding to try Montrose Jewelers ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we walked in, one of the owners, Greg, greeted us with the warmest smile and immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. He took the time to explain every detail and made sure we understood the entire process. We never once felt rushed, pressured, or misled, just cared for. Greg truly puts his heart into what he does. He helped us choose what actually looked best instead of pushing a sale, and you can tell how much pride he takes in carefully selecting diamonds and designing each ring. Throughout the process, he kept my fiancé updated and made everything feel exciting and special rather than stressful for him. This experience meant so much to us, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend Montrose Jewelers, and Greg, enough.

I walked in today asking to pick up the watch and Greg was very surprised to see someone coming for it, and after verifying I really was their kid trying to do a nice thing for Christmas with my dad over the phone, he sold me the immaculately repaired watch at a fantastic price, even after holding it for us for two years! Montrose Jewelers understand courtesy, customer service, and true craftsmanship like no one else in Montrose. Cannot recommend enough, this is the place to go.

I would like to preface this review by sharing that I have never left a 1-star review before …read more.. for anyone. As a small business owner myself, I know that negative reviews are a hard pill to swallow, and so I do not take it lightly that my experience with this company was so incredibly negative that I felt the need to share about it in this format. Putting aside the fact that the staff showed me my engagement ring before it was even finished and my fiancé could collect it and give it to me (I was there picking up something else and they came out and just showed it to me), I wanted to share what happened today. Burbank Jewelry Outlet designed the engagement ring mentioned above as well as a matching wedding ring in white gold with small emerald-shaped diamonds and small, round lab-grown emeralds. I got married last January (so about 16 months ago) and earlier this year, I noticed that one of the emeralds had fallen out and a bunch of the others were cracked. They told me this was normal: emeralds are softer than diamonds, which I knew. Fine. I hadn't expected my ring to need repair in its first year but I prepare to be even more careful. They replaced it and repaired it and I was not charged (whether they assumed the charge or the ring designer did, I don't know). I was very grateful for that. Fast forward a few weeks - about three weeks ago by now - and I notice that one emerald is again, missing. I was traveling until a few days ago so when I came home I was going to get it repaired. Today I looked down and yet another emerald was missing. That's three emeralds gone in about five months. I called Burbank Jewelry Outlet. The first person was friendly enough but didn't have the answers for me and transferred me to a man who was BEYOND abusive! I asked if the first person had communicated my issue and tried to explain what had happened but he would not let me finish a sentence. When I asked if I couple please finish my sentence explaining my issue, he told me I had to speak to him "in a nice way." I responded by saying that I was trying to explain but he kept interrupting me. Before I could go any further he had told me he would call the authorities on me (for what, exactly? Asking that a jewelry company build a ring that didn't lose its stones all the time), told me to F off, told me never to call again, and that he would not talk to me, or work with me. I will freely admit when I am out of line. I was not. I was firm but polite and tried only to explain the issue at hand. After he threw the F word at me and told me never to call again, I hung up. I refuse to be spoken to that way, to be told by a man to quieten down, to stop talking so he can talk over me, to be told to F off. Screw that! This ring was badly made. Period. A woman spoke to you confidently and you wanted to shut her down. No way, man. Stay away. What an awful experience! And guys, if you feel the need to try to "put me in my place" and write me a nasty response, go ahead. I really don't care.
