Lena is simply the best! she takes pride in what she does. My eyebrows were very sparse and I I didn't want to waist anymore 20 minutes every single morning in drawing them! So, I reserched a lot on internet, and I found her instagram page very interesting. Then I contacted her through FB and in a couple of weeks I had my first appointment. I would give Sasha negative five stars if I could. The pictures of what she did to my lips will say more than I can. She tatooed a red color on my lips that turned black, then she had me come in to remove it, which she did my shaving all the skin off my lips to get the color off. My lips were broken with open wounds and got infected with pus and more pain than I had ever felt. I had to get the infection treated on my own, and I was lucky it did not spread to my blood or cause me any other health problems. When it finally healed, I had dark freckles all over my lips and dark scars all AROUND my lips, which I still have to this day, two months after she did the removal. I am still walking around with dark lips and dark all around my lips looking like an idiot thanks to her. Look at my pictures and defintely DO NOT go to her unless you want this to happen to you! read more

What an amazing experience! I'm in love with my eyebrows. Ever since I was a teenager, my eyebrows have been some sparse due to an esthetician waxing off a bit too much, and they've been a great source of insecurity. Sasha not only fixed it, but also measured in a way that fits my face and opens my eyes. I will be able to wake up in the morning and be on the go because they look so natural and put together. She used a lemon cream which numbed my eyebrows, so it didn't hurt at all. My first experience with Microblading was done without a numbing cream and was honestly very painful. For Sasha's session, it was so painless I almost fell asleep. It's amazing how much confidence a little help from a seasoned professional can give you. For years, my eyebrows (or lack of them thereof) have been grabbing at least 30 minutes of my day. My cosmetic efforts to go out into the world with decently pencilled/waxed eyebrows took up so much time and yet the results were never worthy of the effort. My daughter probably got tired of seeing me with lopsided, uneven, too dark, or all of the above, eyebrows that for my birthday gift, she was giving me eyebrows!!! She researched Yelp and came across Lena. So this morning, my daughter, my 18 year old granddaughter and I met Lena and as I write this review, I do so with a beautiful set of eyebrows that fit and frame my face!!! Getting my eyebrows tattooed was an event I approached with much trepidation. But after reading the Yelp reviews, however, my daughter and I felt that I would be in good hands. I was wrong. I was not just in good hands, I was in PROFESSIONAL and EXPERT hands!!! Lena met us at the door to her very clean clinic with a welcoming and assuring smile. [Note: her clinic is at the back area of a building on Fillmore, so we got a bit lost at first.] Then while she took a photo of my eyebrows, she explained how she would do my eyebrows. Lena took very careful measurements, drew the outline of my new eyebrows with a green Sharpie, and then applied a local type of numbing ointment. I was free to ask questions and and make comments and she addressed all my concerns. I also appreciated that she was OK with my daughter and granddaughter watching right there. She was not conscious of having an audience. So gradually, my fears subsided. There was no pain throughout!!! It just felt like having one's eyebrows plucked with tweezers. Lena handed me a mirror, so through the process, I could see how my eyebrows were being transformed. What a thoughtful birthday gift from my daughter!!! Not only do I feel and look gorgeous, but I have received the gift of TIME! No more frustration over working with pencils, waxes, spools to get my eyebrows. I have an appointment for 4 weeks later, when Lena will be fine tuning my eyebrows. I am confident that my eyebrows will look even better over that period, because my skin layers will have absorbed the ink and my skin would have healed. Lena errs on the conservative when it comes to the eyebrow color. I am happy with the color she chose for me. My eyebrow shape is also one that fits me, with just the right arch, width and thickness. Lena gave me an ointment to apply on my eyebrows while they heal, with a list of do's and don'ts for the healing process. She also told me that if I have questions or encounter any problems, to just call her. I will update this review after my fine-tuning session four weeks from now. Meanwhile, I am prancing through this long weekend with joy, complete with my new and gorgeous eyebrows!!! Thanks to Lena, for my beautiful brows! I went back to retouch my eyebrows after three weeks instead of the standard four weeks. I love my natural looking eyebrows. It's made such a big difference in my face and I am very excited! Found this place on YELP, requested an appt on line and Sasha got back to me within a half hour. I made my appointment and went in to see her it was a little bit hard to find she walked me through it and waited outside so I could see her. First half hour we spent talking and she did measurements of my face and eyebrow area. I didn't realize that it was so much that goes into this procedure but I was glad she took her time and explained it to me. I absolutely love my eyebrows and was really surprised at how great she could make them look and how symmetrical they were.
