    Smoked Pulled Pork Plate

I've ordered from ibringdasmoke 4 out of 5 times already in the last few months, and every time it's been great & today is no exception. 2 Dozens of the Smoked Wings, one with Alabama White Sauce and the other with Smoked Pear Bourbon Habanero Sauce!!! Both sauce were great and very tasty. I usually don't like smoked wings because everyone I have had they were dried, but not this one it was perfect!!! Smoked Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers were awesome!!! I actually dipped them in the Alabama White Sauce and boy that was a great decision.

I moved to the area about two years ago and originally found this spot through Yelp. I finally signed up for the mailing list a few weeks ago and got my first email offering brisket. I ordered one pound and it came with their homemade BBQ sauce. The brisket was really good and the sauce was honestly amazing. It had a nice kick without overpowering the meat. The second week was ribs, which I skipped because I wasn't really in a BBQ mood at the time, but now I kind of regret it. This week was pulled pork sandwiches and smoked poblano bacon mac and cheese, so I decided to order again. I'm not usually a pulled pork person, but I do love a good sandwich. This was probably the best pulled pork sandwich I've had. I loved that the pork had a lot of crispy edges, almost like brisket. The pickled slaw inside the sandwich worked really well and the side of pickled red onions took it to another level. The mac and cheese was just okay for me. It sounded great on paper, but the flavor was a bit bland. Even with the smoked bacon, I was hoping for more salt and a stronger cheese flavor. A sharper cheese would have really helped. I did like the bacon and poblanos, I just wanted more of that cheesy mouthfeel. Overall, the food has been delicious and I'll definitely be ordering again. It also doesn't hurt that it's walking distance from my house.

A huge shout out to Quinn and his incredible talents. I have never been disappointed so jumped at the chance to enjoy an amazing smoked brisket for Christmas Eve dinner. The meat was perfect and paired with the smoked pear habanero bourbon sauce for an added kick! You can tell the love that goes into the food! 10 out of 10!

The Big Trinity was jalapeño poppers.

It's small but cozy and clean. I wanted to try all of the flavors - regular, chili oil scallion, and corn cheese. The regular was the best out of the other two in my opinion since it was simple but the bread could have been crisper even though it was warmed up. The other two flavors were very oily and too heavy. Glad I finally tried it, but I think I'm just going to stick to their macaroons.

Overall, it's been a good experience every time. Parking can be challenging depending on the time of day. Most of the parking is on the street, so you'll need to keep an eye out for pedestrians and bicyclists while looking for a spot. That's probably the biggest inconvenience of visiting this place. There is usually a 15 to 20-minute wait whenever we come for dessert, but we've always been seated within the quoted wait time, which we appreciate. The restaurant itself is fairly small, so the dining area can feel crowded. Tables are very close together, and you're practically sitting back-to-back with other guests. Because of this, the noise level can get pretty high, and it's easy to overhear conversations from nearby tables. The desserts are the highlight here. The BingSu is excellent, and the lava cake is one of our favorites. The menu is accessed through a QR code, making ordering simple and convenient. Food portions are decent, although prices are definitely on the premium side. Service is efficient, and the food and desserts usually arrive pretty quickly. We used to go to their city location regularly, but over the years we've found ourselves visiting this location more often because the area feels more comfortable and convenient for us. That has made this our go-to spot whenever we're craving dessert. Overall, this is a great place for dessert. The quality of the desserts keeps us coming back, but the difficult parking situation and cramped seating prevent it from being a full 5-star experience. Would definitely return for the BingSu and lava cake.

It gives off such a welcoming, community-centered vibe -- like they genuinely want people to come in, enjoy good food and drinks, hang out, relax, and just have a good time. I was indecisive while ordering because there's just too many goodies to choose from and IK that can be annoying, but we had great service because the guy that took our order was patient and seen that my struggles was most definitely real . We ordered mozzarella sticks, popcorn chicken, curly fries, and two large Thai teas -- one with green apple jelly topping, which paired sooo well to me hehe. We don't eat out much because we cook at home nowadays, so when we do, we wanna enjoy the classics lol. It's actually really cool seeing how the place has evolved over the years. The very first time we came, the back area looked like this cute little library/study hall/tutoring/game/hangout room. Then a couple years into the COVID days, it turned into a unique snack and gift shop vibe. Now it's this awesome mini arcade/lounge setup with comfy seating, sports on TV, and really great food (savory & sweets) and drinks. And the food is SOLID. Even on my last mozzarella stick, I still had a cheese pull -- and it had already been at least like 20-30 minutes. That says a lot on the quality. What also makes this place stand out is the little acts of kindness. Part of their service is while we were already getting busy, grubbing, they randomly offered us a complimentary yummy, soft, and fluffy eggette on a stick with their condensed milk sauce, which gave me that feeling like how a love one would just randomly give something very sweet just because. I don't go out much anymore, but if I'm craving for some outside sweets and treats oh and almost forgot to mention how pretty affordable for the quality and portions we got for our meal, I'm def bringing my nieces n nephews here when they visit! I love the different chairs, décor, games, ambiance, food, and drinks! They keep everything so clean, neat, and organized at the station from where you sanitize your hands, grab your napkins, straws and condiments-- it genuinely feels like there's something here for everyone. You HAVE to find at least one thing you'll enjoy here!
