After spending an hour and a half going through the wickets... I was sold these three items and the annual membership as well as for Geek Squad to install and set up a better mesh network as told and sold by the online. He was trying to sell more but I wanted to make sure everything was going to be in good working order. He said you will get a call in two days or less for them to schedule a time and complete the install. Three days went by and I called... since you can't call any of the stores directly. When I called I was told that the Eeros have been back ordered and they did not know how long it would take to get them. I then asked how long have they been backord. I was this has been known for at least two months. I told them what the online sales did. No apology, no nothing I then cancelled everything. Two days later I discovered they had not cancelled the membership. I called again and finally got it cancelled. This is after wasting over five hours in total of my time due to incompetence of the online staff. There is no question I am done with Best Buy. This place has really gone downhill fast. So much for trusting anything that they have to say.

I was shopping for two unusual items and their assistance resulted in my purchasing. This store has figured out that if a customer walks in the door, they likely are looking for something to purchase. They also look at what the customer is doing. If wandering around, as I was, they probably need assistance. I'm impressed with how this Office Depot store has adjusted their internal operations to compete with online shopping. Customer service and immediate availability is the competitive advantage for physical stores.

When I picked up the orders the line was not really long however, there were enough customers there that called for another employee to help but the female was working by herself. I probably stood in line for 10 minutes waiting and I expected the employee to be friendly but I provided her with my last name she handed the copies over and there was no communication between the two of us. I paid $1.30 online for the two copies (thicker paper was used) so I did not have to pay when I went in there. I don't get copies made enough nor have I had anything specialized to know how they would do professionally.

    I went in to get my sim card which was inserted wrong and got stuck, removed. They told me it would…read morebe $45 IF they got it out. They proceeded to take my phone into the back and came out 25 minutes later saying there was nothing they could it and that it was stuck. I then went to T-Mobile where they got it out for me for free and truly were concerned with my situation. Simply Mac does not care about anything other than money and I have tried to support this business but I will not be returning. A majority of the staff is friendly and the owner (I assume) is professional, yet nonchalant and unfriendly. Save yourself some time and look into alternative shops before you decide to come here.

I asked if I should leave my laptop with them while we wait and I was instructed not to do so. Fine. I come back in a week, I'm told the manager who orders parts was on vacation last week and just returned on Tuesday, and that I would have to wait another week. Fine. I wait another week. I call just to be told that not only will it be another week, but that things would've been Expedited had I left my laptop at the store. THEY HAVE NO ACTUAL CLUE ON WHEN THE PART WILL ARRIVE. So why do they keep quoting a 'week'????? Poor customer service. Don't waist your time here.
