They used inferior parts which caused my phone's screen to become useless. I don't live in the Northport area so when I finally had a chance to go back and asked them to look at it they claimed it was a graphics card issue on the motherboard and that there was nothing they could do. I took it to Tuscaloosa Wireless and they replaced the screen. Now it's as good as new. I understand that mistakes happen, sometimes you get a bad part, but when you point blank lie to me you've lost all credibility. Where the service incorrect address was derived, I am uncertain. After calling me to get correct address, he arrived at 6:30 for a 5p appt, and did not finish until close to midnight for tv mounting. Way too late, especially on weeknight. HelloTech also charged me $299 additional dollars on top of the $872 price for mounting 5 TVs. The $299/yr support plan that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE was not discussed with anyone and should NOT have been billed to my card without permission. I asked for 5 TVs to be mounted, why would I need (without consent) a support plan auto billed yearly!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. If you need services, find local direct reputable people/company to work with. Reconciliation Note: I called about the unauthorized charge and was informed it will be refunded. The support person was kind and apologetic, but this entire situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

There is ample parking outside. They carry everything anyone would ever need for office supplies.
