This store isn't bad the people who work there are nice but sometimes it takes long to actually get help because it's the only Sprint store in Auburn/Opelika area. When I went in to get my phone swapped the lady who attended me was very patient and friendly. It took like 25 minutes to get helped but every time I go they always fix whatever issue I go in for. They are very honest in relation to what service to get and is the most cost effective. For being the only Sprint store there it's not so bad. Been thinking about changing my service though because Sprint service sucks in this area.
