My hubby found the shop to help fix iPads and iPhones frequently destroyed by our autistic children (which would've been pricey anywhere else). We have been back several times (at least 5-6) to repair broken tablet screens, motherboards, software/update issues and more on different devices. Randy is knowledgeable, always friendly and welcoming and helpful in explaining the issues. We've had same day repairs and some that took a day or more, but all repairs felt quick and efficient with the corresponding problem, which we really appreciate given our children's need for the devices. Kevin was extremely thorough and shockingly fast with the staggering number of repairs I needed. He did a week's worth of repairs in 2 days and to top it off the entire experience cost me about 1/3 what I expected. They even went out of their way to optimize my cords and SSD placement while they were working on my problems. I'll never go anywhere else to have work done again....Also don't buy anything from Cyberpower PC unless you hate yourself, have these professionals do a custom build for you instead.
