We have been back several times (at least 5-6) to repair broken tablet screens, motherboards, software/update issues and more on different devices. Randy is knowledgeable, always friendly and welcoming and helpful in explaining the issues. We've had same day repairs and some that took a day or more, but all repairs felt quick and efficient with the corresponding problem, which we really appreciate given our children's need for the devices. We immediately asked for our devices back and for a refund and explained why. This is when Jerry turned from a friendly, considerate technician, to a very angry man spewing every insult in the book. He refused to return multiple devices for weeks & when he did he claimed he could not offer a refund until next month. Reason being? He had too much overhead on the month & all processed payments had been spent on payroll. When we disputed this, he said he "didn't expect subhumans to understand."
