We immediately asked for our devices back and for a refund and explained why. This is when Jerry turned from a friendly, considerate technician, to a very angry man spewing every insult in the book. He refused to return multiple devices for weeks & when he did he claimed he could not offer a refund until next month. Reason being? He had too much overhead on the month & all processed payments had been spent on payroll. When we disputed this, he said he "didn't expect subhumans to understand."
