I'm not a resident of the area, only here for work but I'll rate em' based on what I experienced on weekday at 5:45pm. on a weekday to pick up my online order, and was completely pleased with my experience. Service: Came in to pick up my online order and couldn't be happier. Despite having a crowd at the printing area they got to me pretty dang quick. I somewhat agree with Peter G's review, in that I was asked a couple of times for help while waiting for my order but I'll chalk that up to all the employees walking around and doing their job. Just good customer service - BIG plus in my book. Location: A bit hard to find as it is a bit tucked away from the main streets but plenty of parking so no complaints. Cleanliness: Didn't use the facilities so I can't comment there. Still I did do a store walkabout while I waited for my order and other than some stains on the carpet from moving furniture and stock around everything was clean and tidy. Stock: It looked like they had everything someone would need, and I did find a nice card for my wife but since I'm not a regular here I'm going to have to hold judgement, and a Star. Overall: I'm usually stingy on the stars as I feel some Yelpers give them away to freely. That said, what I experienced was good employees providing good customer service. Close it down. Nothing I need is ever in stock. Just turn the chain into online shopping. Impossible to get in-store help.

This was a nice store about 10 years ago with helpful employees. The past few times I've been in, the cashier seems put out that I'm bothering them by even conducting a purchase with them. I was just there and bought some Epson paper, and the cashier didn't say hi, did you find everything okay, nothing. Didn't say a word to me after I paid. This store's quality of customer service (in my opinion) has declined a lot over the years. The prices are through the roof as well. read more

Poorest effort on a refund issue i have ever experienced. Purchased a computer Tech Support program ( under pressure) in 2018. Returned it the following day for a full refund given. One year later, I was charged an annual renewal of$129.99 on that same returned product. Requested a refund based on the Cancelled product. Was told refund in 7-10 days. I waited & never received the refund, and the CSR could not put me through to the refund department, nor see where that department had even processed the request for the refund. That was 12 days after the initial request for the refund. To date, still waiting for a refund on a product I returned & never used, much less signed up for an annual renewal.. in fact, was not aware that it was a renewal product when purchased!!! Don't think they care about their customers at all!!!! read more

Rock solid chain store that thinks its a car sales lot. Yes that is the way I feel about any business that has the employees chase you around saying can I help you. One time is enough for me. All things considered though they have a good selection and fair to high prices in the store and they are always nice! :-) read more

Never will I ever order copies from Office Max/Office Depot again! I showed up two hours after the confirmed completion time, and after ten minutes of waiting in a line of ONE person (being myself), the slow woman with no customer service acumen "took care of me". She slowly meandered around looking for my order. After about six minutes of this, she waddled back over to me ever so slowly to tell me she did not have it. I asked her to look up my confirmation # and she said it was for an Office Max about fifteen minutes away...even though I directly ordered this from the Office Depot website. I asked her if she could just go ahead and print it for me then and there and I had no problem paying another $20 on top of the already paid for pre-ordered one. She told me no. I then pointed at the computer printing station and asked her if I could use it. She slowly turned toward it, and said "yeah, but there not a stapler". I then asked, "well can I please use a stapler?.....!!!!" A very nice gentleman then turned around and handed me a stapler...which I quite honestly deserved after being directed to the computer station where I paid over $70 for a service which a good customer service agent could have stepped in and done for me for $20-25. I will never recommend an Office Max OR Office Depot to anyone. read more

I am very disappointed in my service with the IT Dept. They fell to communicate to one another . I was to have my compute reloaded to factory status and yes I had other personnel issues going on but I told the techs that I was fine with that and paid 107.00 near there as I told them I must have my PDF file off the desktop. They said no problem. They call me and say they need my windows 8 as HHGregg never gave me a disc for that so I went back and purchased that at around 134.00 and told Matthew please let me know when you have it ready and he stated maybe tonight. Well either way let me know in the am the status and I will come get it. I waited all morning and finally called after 1 pm and well our internet has been down?? They called back and said they had my files on a flash drive and I went to get it and I forgot about my word 2000 which they never mentioned but if I was removing a program like that I think I would remind the customer! My fault I am stupid! Oh by the way they trashed my PDF file that I stated I must have! I am to contact the manager Vicky tomorrow so that should even be more fun! Good luck if you go there!
