I asked where could I put my boxes down. Apparently asking that question ticked off the employee, Deyona I was a bit taken aback by her reply, look on her face & the tone "I'll be with you in a minute.' The employee next to her who was helping another customer very politely said "we don't talk to our customers that way." and she proceeded to clear the counter off. That employee did not have name tag on or I'd thank her here. Deyona processed all my orders but with every label she slapped it on & threw packages towards the back. No employee there has ever acted that way. I would normally give this store 5 stars but today it's a 2/3. I hope this issue gets addressed.

Wayfair keeps pushing the package delayed date further out, but won't let me request a re-ship, but they refuse to help. I've already lost over $200 in aquarium plants.
