They deleted every answer and would not commit to expediting a package that they misrouted. Wayfair keeps pushing the package delayed date further out, but won't let me request a re-ship, but they refuse to help. I've already lost over $200 in aquarium plants. My fish are getting pretty aggressive. This was only intended to be for a few days as the are still quite small, but they've now been without a update since Friday 4/17. Emails to higher ups get ignored. Phone calls are nothing but platitudes with a promise that there's nothing they can to until it reaches the final destination acres the country. These guys are total jokes and obviously care about nothing other than their was al street growth. They have trying just a customer today. I asked where could I put my boxes down. Apparently asking that question ticked off the employee, Deyona I was a bit taken aback by her reply, look on her face & the tone "I'll be with you in a minute.' The employee next to her who was helping another customer very politely said "we don't talk to our customers that way." and she proceeded to clear the counter off. That employee did not have name tag on or I'd thank her here. Deyona processed all my orders but with every label she slapped it on & threw packages towards the back.
