My hubby found the shop to help fix iPads and iPhones frequently destroyed by our autistic children (which would've been pricey anywhere else). We have been back several times (at least 5-6) to repair broken tablet screens, motherboards, software/update issues and more on different devices. Randy is knowledgeable, always friendly and welcoming and helpful in explaining the issues. We've had same day repairs and some that took a day or more, but all repairs felt quick and efficient with the corresponding problem, which we really appreciate given our children's need for the devices. I cannot recommend this shop enough for your device repair needs Whenever we have any issue, I'm always confident that Randy and the Repair Doctors have our back!!

The technician that we worked with was Randy. She was very patient explaining all of the options we had for our equipment problems. There was a gentleman there that I talked to about getting my Android phone screen fixed and he quickly told me what he would need to do and he gave me an estimate. And he was always very professional and asked if I had any questions. Both of these representatives gave us a very positive impression of their firm THE REPAIR DICTORS on Manchester Expressway 1709D 706.221.2330. We would highly recommend this establishment for any electronic repair without any hesitation!!! We will be going back for any issues that we may need!! Chuck & Tina

Upon first entering this small establishment, you may be skeptical given the rows and piles of…read morecables and peripherals instead of shiny new boxed items or when you are first greeted by a kind, modest lady instead of an awkward, excessively over/under-weight nerd. But do not be mistaken, the owners of this store definitely know what they are doing and readily provide timely and thorough service for whatever your needs. I've called and visited several times for small issues while building my own desktop and Doreen (the aforementioned lady) has always been more than accommodating and resolved any problems I had with ease, and she refused to accept payment because she deemed my problems only minor issues. In addition, while many items the store has for sale can be dated or used, you won't find a more fair price anywhere (even Newegg.com, my favorite). Actually, I recently donated my older, fully-functional Lexmark printer and Doreen said she'd give it away to someone who needed a printer, so if anyone's in need of a free printer...

The employee there did that data transfer. Not computer savvy - I'm 78 - I could only watch and try to understand the process. About five days later I was the victim of Identity theft. They got into everything I had in my financial world using the id and passwords on my phone. When Apple Support called me to ask if I had TWO Phones, I said no. But the lady said their systems showed two phones with one being controlled by some Russian guy. Realizing I had been scammed, I took the phone back to Graphicom to ask for my money back. They refused. They refused because I didn't have the flimsy 26 cent cardboard display box it came in. In my past every vendor would take the product back but charge a re-stocking fee. I was expecting this and anticipated that charge. However, they absolutely refused because I didn't have the display box. When I protested, what could easily be confused with Dumbledore from Harry Potter came around the desk to hover over me in an attempt to intimidate me. Didn't work but they refused to take the watch back and refund my money. Easily this is their method not to accommodate customers. I'm guessing this happens alot so they are prepared how not to give refunds. When I asked for assistance in at least helping me sell the watch, they laughed and showed me the door. While I cannot accuse these guys of being complicit or inept in the ID theft through their functions of duplicating my personal data, I have no proof, it was amazingly coincidental since I don't use FB, Instagram, Tiktok, etc. Furthermore, these guys are as far from a customer centric vendor as you can get. My impression is their MO is - get the money and get them out the door and hope they don't come back. Buy your Apple watches from your cell phone carrier. These guys are crap. .
