The only I started service with WOW was it is the only cable company allowed in the apartment…read morecomplex. I have been without service during different times during the year and a half that I was forced to use them. The last time was this week. I was told that there had been an outage and they had been bombarded with calls. I was without service for about a week intermittently. I called and my phone call was disconnected for two days. When I finally reached an "agent", first there was a language barrier. Secondly, I did everything that I was told to do, still no service for my TV in the bedroom. I had service on the TV in the living room, after doing everything I was instructed to do, I was put on hold and the TV in the living room stopped working. She continued to put me on hold to check different things. After one hour, she said that I needed a technician. The technician came and got my service to operate. I received a bill for $64.00. I challenged the charged because I did everything the agent told me do, and she lost the service on the TV in the living room, and the remote to the TV in the bedroom stopped working. I was told that half was a fair charge for the technician. I hung up on the "agent's supervisor" and I canceled my service that day. AMERICAN customer service was not shown to me. The agent made my situation worse, and I was told that I was responsible. Wrong Answer. I would give a -10 rating if possible.

This is a review on Best Buy online. I went online thinking…read moreI would get the Eeros I would need for a mesh network and a bridge for another device. After spending an hour and a half going through the wickets... I was sold these three items and the annual membership as well as for Geek Squad to install and set up a better mesh network as told and sold by the online. He was trying to sell more but I wanted to make sure everything was going to be in good working order. He said you will get a call in two days or less for them to schedule a time and complete the install. Three days went by and I called... since you can't call any of the stores directly. When I called I was told that the Eeros have been back ordered and they did not know how long it would take to get them. I then asked how long have they been backord. I was this has been known for at least two months. I told them what the online sales did. No apology, no nothing I then cancelled everything. Two days later I discovered they had not cancelled the membership. I called again and finally got it cancelled. This is after wasting over five hours in total of my time due to incompetence of the online staff. There is no question I am done with Best Buy. This place has really gone downhill fast. So much for trusting anything that they have to say.
