Great, customer centered place. Fixed my son's phone in 1 minute. And, then didn't charge us! Super shop. We will be back.

THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!! I went here with my new XBox…read more360 because it was only reading disks some of the time. Immediately without even opening the console they tried to convince me the whole disc drive needs to be replaced and wanted to charge me 140$. Now I don't know much about repairing consoles (apparently neither do they), but I knew this didn't sound right so I told them I believed it just needed to be cleaned inside. They told me I was wrong and that the disc drive needs to be replaced- mind you, they still hadn't even looked at it yet. I thankfully didn't trust their opinion and decided to get a second opinion somewhere else and guess what- it only needed to be cleaned inside, works great now. DO NOT GO HERE- they will try to scam and upcharge you if you look like someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. Very shady business.

I took my sons Xbox series X in Thursday April 16, 2026 because the fan stop spinning, we were told…read morethey would do a diagnostic check and if it was the fan (which I said it was) it would only take 3 days at the most because they had to order the fan (which only took 2 to 3 days with shipping). I called back Wednesday April 22, 2026 and was told that my expiration date for them fixing it was in 2 days after being told it would only take 3-5 days which would be April 22nd. I called today April 24, 2026 which is past the 3-5 day mark and asked for a manager, the manager got on the phone and told me they'll look and see if it came in, which she found that it did come in so she said she'd go ahead and pop it in and give me a call. Honestly I believe if I didn't call I still would be waiting! This was a terrible experience and I will use this place ever again !! It took this place a total of 7 days to replace a fan that took 3 days to receive when ordered. If I had the tools (which I just ordered some for myself) I could've ordered the fan from MICROSOFT and REPLACED the Fan myself in 3 days total !!! Through this WHOLE PROCESS I had to call them, I never received a CALL or UPDATE from them!!! HONOR WHAT YOU TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS !!! UPDATE: We went to pick up the Xbox and was trying to talk to the employee about the experience and he showed he didn't give 2 shits about anything i was saying, he basically told me that because they don't have a lot of people working that's justification for not callling the customers, not giving updates and not honoring the date the fixed item was suppose to be ready.

They proceeded to take my phone into the back and came out 25 minutes later saying there was nothing they could it and that it was stuck. I then went to T-Mobile where they got it out for me for free and truly were concerned with my situation. Simply Mac does not care about anything other than money and I have tried to support this business but I will not be returning. A majority of the staff is friendly and the owner (I assume) is professional, yet nonchalant and unfriendly. Save yourself some time and look into alternative shops before you decide to come here.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!…read more I took my laptop here for a battery replacement and they didn't have the part. Fine. I was told they would order it and to come back in a week. I asked if I should leave my laptop with them while we wait and I was instructed not to do so. Fine. I come back in a week, I'm told the manager who orders parts was on vacation last week and just returned on Tuesday, and that I would have to wait another week. Fine. I wait another week. I call just to be told that not only will it be another week, but that things would've been Expedited had I left my laptop at the store. THEY HAVE NO ACTUAL CLUE ON WHEN THE PART WILL ARRIVE. So why do they keep quoting a 'week'????? Poor customer service. Don't waist your time here.

Verizon manager CLIFF BROWN at the store on Eastchase in Montgomery, Alabama got "Christine" today…read morein front of all of his customers and staff. The girl that was trying to help me needed the manager to help her print my bill and no one wanted to bother him while he was outside, so I took it upon myself and had to walk around the building where there was an obvious SKUNK smell with not a in sight. He was on a personal call outside and tried to tell me to wait, but I advised him that wasn't an option. I had to literally shoo him back inside. I fussed at him all the way inside & through the store. He had the NERVE to try to tell me to "ma'am, can you keep it down"... My response was "Don't shush me! I've been here for 30 minutes trying to get my BILL PRINTED since I can't access the online portal because VERIZON didn't change my number correctly in their 2-factor garbage. Business customer for over 20 years & no one can help me " It took him all of TWO SECONDS to push that button to print that bill. AND, I got my point across with not even one curse word. No wonder this store has a horrible rating. And yes I'd already tried the business customer service line... Was hung up on by the automated system 5 times before reaching what I THOUGHT was a human. Nope it was an AI BOT that could understand me. Southern drawl I guess. It hung up on me too after I asked for a supervisor, because I guess AI BOTS don't have supervisors. #lostSouthernGraceandCharm

When you arrive right when they open and still wait almost an hour just to be helped, that's a…read morestaffing problem. If you can't open the doors and actually assist customers, you need more people scheduled--period. The manager stayed hidden in the back the entire time and only appeared when it was time to aggressively push insurance and add-ons. I said no. No insurance. No extra phone. No mystery "free" perks. Please stop selling. I don't want your insurance, and I definitely don't want a random used phone "just in case mine breaks." No means no. Then came the classic line: "It's free for the first month." Immediate red flag. Nothing has ever been free in the history of Verizon--or life. We were trading in our old phones to apply the value toward new ones and even changing our plan. We've been Verizon customers for over 10 years, so you'd think there might be a perk or two involved. Instead, we were told we could keep one of the old phones, Verizon would "give us a number," and--surprise--it was FREE. Another red flag. Sirens, actually. Against our better judgment, we went along with it. Signed everything, set up the new phones, and left. Once home, I called my son (who's on our plan but lives in another state) so he could upgrade his phone. He went into his local Verizon store and was told, "Your plan hasn't been updated." Frustrated, he left. So I called Verizon customer service. The rep pulled up our account and literally said, "This payment is ridiculous." He repeated it several times for emphasis. Turns out, if left as-is, our bill would've been over $700 a month. Yes. Seven. Hundred. Dollars. After another hour and fifty minutes on the phone, he untangled the mess this store created. Somehow, I had two plans on each of our four lines. The "free" phone? Not free. It would've cost us $47 a month--for a phone we didn't need. That phone is now being traded in for the $800 credit it's actually worth, which--under the correct plan--should've made our new phones free. What a nightmare. Steer clear of this location. It felt less like customer service and more like a commission-driven free-for-all. If something sounds too good to be true--especially if they say it's "free"--it absolutely is.
