THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!! I went here with my new XBox 360 because it was only reading disks some of the time. Immediately without even opening the console they tried to convince me the whole disc drive needs to be replaced and wanted to charge me 140$. Now I don't know much about repairing consoles (apparently neither do they), but I knew this didn't sound right so I told them I believed it just needed to be cleaned inside. They told me I was wrong and that the disc drive needs to be replaced- mind you, they still hadn't even looked at it yet. I thankfully didn't trust their opinion and decided to get a second opinion somewhere else and guess what- it only needed to be cleaned inside, works great now. DO NOT GO HERE- they will try to scam and upcharge you if you look like someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. Very shady business. read more

I took my sons Xbox series X in Thursday April 16, 2026 because the fan stop spinning, we were told they would do a diagnostic check and if it was the fan (which I said it was) it would only take 3 days at the most because they had to order the fan (which only took 2 to 3 days with shipping). I called back Wednesday April 22, 2026 and was told that my expiration date for them fixing it was in 2 days after being told it would only take 3-5 days which would be April 22nd. I called today April 24, 2026 which is past the 3-5 day mark and asked for a manager, the manager got on the phone and told me they'll look and see if it came in, which she found that it did come in so she said she'd go ahead and pop it in and give me a call. Honestly I believe if I didn't call I still would be waiting! This was a terrible experience and I will use this place ever again !! It took this place a total of 7 days to replace a fan that took 3 days to receive when ordered. If I had the tools (which I just ordered some for myself) I could've ordered the fan from MICROSOFT and REPLACED the Fan myself in 3 days total !!! Through this WHOLE PROCESS I had to call them, I never received a CALL or UPDATE from them!!! HONOR WHAT YOU TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS !!! UPDATE: We went to pick up the Xbox and was trying to talk to the employee about the experience and he showed he didn't give 2 shits about anything i was saying, he basically told me that because they don't have a lot of people working that's justification for not callling the customers, not giving updates and not honoring the date the fixed item was suppose to be ready. read more

I took my phone here because after filing an insurance claim, I was instructed to do so. They had my phone fixed within 3 hours. Staff was very friendly and made the whole process easy and painless. I would definitely recommend. read more

I had to use this company as they were the given repair company for Asurion insurance, which I do not necessarily recommend. However, these guys were great. Going above and beyond to help me, and charging a fair rate which was less than they could have charged. Because my issue was complicated, we had lots of phone calls back and forth. They were very patient in answering my questions and explaining my options. Communication was great! I heard they are coming to Auburn. I will be giving them my business for sure. read more

Appointment set and confirmed for TODAY but when I arrived for the appointment they are locked up tight, no signs about being closed, other UBreakIFix shops aren't closed today so why is this one?? Drive an hour and a half for nothing, probably won't go to this company again read more

I have always been skeptical about taking my electronics to places to get it fixed. In this case, I had no choice when my computer's hard drive decided to cook itself. I know some things about troubleshooting, but not all. I took it to them for a consultation of the suggestion from my dad. The staff was very helpful. The tech (Kel) who spoke with me about my computer and what it needed was very reassuring that they could fix it and how they would be able to. When he discovered it was a hard drive issue, he contacted me immediately and went over every single option thoroughly. My computer was ready within a day after the conversation and it works like I just bought it brand new. I would recommend them for their expertise and service.
