I paid $370 and was promised a call by October 19-20. It's now October 27, and I haven't received a single update. I've contacted support numerous times and been promised callbacks on at least three separate occasions. Not one has happened. You can't even contact the store directly. Every call routes to centralized support, who can only request another callback that never comes. I live an hour away, I've already paid $370, and I still have absolutely no idea what's happening with my repair. Nearly two weeks later, I just want my phone fixed. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unbelievable.

I was told the bed would take 3-4 weeks to come in which was no problem since I was about to go on vacation. It ended up taking way longer than that and it still had not arrived even though I paid for it in full and was told it was ordered. They could not tell me when it would arrive either. So I personally don't recommend ordering anything from them but if it's in store than I'll absolutely buy from them. I still recommend them to anyone asking about buying new furniture.

The right color, the right texture, the right shape. But when you take the time to stop and check it out, you'll see that it's NOT a brick. In fact, it is made up of hundreds of regular sized bricks. That one is 9 feet 8 inches long and 3 feet 3 inches tall and wide. It's in DENTON TEXAS and that's nowhere near Montgomery Alabama. Two stars.
