I was lied to multiple times about a delivery date. I was forced to jump through hoops to add…read moreinstallation onto my order, even having them refuse to accept any debit card for the order, so I was forced to go buy a gift card with my credit card to finalize the transaction. I felt like I was in Monkey Island or Daventry just to get some basic service. When I left the store, I was shown my delivery was still going to be on the 21st. Today, I find out not only is it not showing up today, no one could help me, from the customer service people in the phone center or the Prattvile store itself. I got hung up on TWICE trying to speak to a manager and the people at the store started acting like I was out of line for calling back after that. I still don't know if my dishwasher is showing up next week or not. This is definitely the last time I'll ever shop at any Lowe's store in any town or online. Absolutely despicable service from top to bottom. I have not been this angry at a company in a very long time. Just absolutely worthless employees in all ends of it.
