My issue was with the treatment and attitude of the staff from entrance to purchase. My wife and I arrived clean,casually dressed (but business appropriate,pressed jeans and shirts.) we were relentlessly followed around the showroom even after clearly stating several times that we were fine and were "just looking". After product selection and getting our questions answered,we were then treated to a snidely delivered dissertation on how we need to make our payments if we financed the purchase.....I was immediately ready to walk out to be honest. We are obviously in our 60's and don't need or appreciate being talked down to like children. Product,selection A+ Customer service, F A word of advice,never assume what a customer knows ,and never go out of your way to be obtuse and denigrating. Can definitely recommend the products,can't see myself ever walking in this location again.

When my wife called NUMEROUS times to find out what was going on and why nobody showed up at our home, Will never picked up the phone & ALL of the calls went to voicemail each time. There were messages left, and no return call.. The calls are sometimes "screened " to see who is calling before Will decides whether to answer the call or NOT! POOR BUSINESS! UNPROFESSIONAL... * Not sure if this is a RACIAL issue, however, this is a terrible way to conduct business!

No calls until Monday, when I was finally able to place my order with the delivery driver. Late Monday, he called to say the truck had a flat and they'd deliver Tuesday afternoon. No calls on Tuesday. Late Wednesday, the driver called again with another excuse for not delivering. By this time, I had contacted another vendor and had a delivery of pine straw within hours. It doesn't matter how good the straw is, if you can't get it off the truck and to the customer. If 30 bales isn't a large enough order for this vendor to care about, I wish they would have said so up front and saved me a week of waiting.
