No matter what the waiting room is like, remember- these guys are Saab technicians- they know what they're doing! They probably worked on your Saab when it was new!

When the Jeep came in we were shocked at the condition. Both front fenders were rusted through , frame rails were rusted , it needed two ball joints , front axle u-joints, brakes and rotors front and back, need exhaust from manifold back, the motor was ticking and the check engine light was one. When we called them to complain the owner called me a liar and said he never told me there was no rust and that I was lieng nothing was wrong with the Jeep. They had a good selection of different makes and models. Basically something for everyone. The lot the business sits on is fairly small, but they do have a good variety to pick from. It is very organized and looks very professional. It is out of the way for many people being in Central Square, but I did not mind the drive. The guys there were very friendly. They answered all the questions I had. I didn't feel pressured to sign on the line. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in. I have dealt with Ford, Chevy and Dodge dealerships in vehicle purchases. After they hid the dog that I was allergic to in the back, I was greeted by a taller gentleman with white hair. No formal greeting never got up from his desk. Told him I was interested in a Focus RS that was there. Mentioned I almost bought a new white one but didn't like the deal. Asked me if I knew what they go for, I told him I had a understand but they did not retain the resale value as people thought. They were looking for 35,000 for it which they will not disclose online. These cars with the same 10k miles are mostly going for 29-31k at good dealers. When I mentioned the cars actually fair market price. The taller gentleman immediately told me the guy payed 10k over retail and still owed 40k on it. I told him that was a dumb deal on the guys part and doesn't change what the current market value for the car is. The gentle said he "couldn't" let it go for even 33k. He then went on to tell me another "person" with the same type of car I had was in the process of selling it and "emailed" them this morning to let them know he was interested. I told them politely that was fine and took my leave. I have been to many good and bad dealerships, This was by far one of the poorest experiences. Salesmen couldn't give even a handshake or proper greeting. Gave 0 interest in what I had or why I was even there. Could not tell me if it has had the HG recall done or needed it as most but not all MY17 has needed it. As you can see in the photo it's not November. Save your time and go to Summit or Friendly.
