Estate Consultants did not updated its sales listing to reflect that the jewelry was no longer available. Many people were very angry that what was advertised was not available for sale. The staff defended the pre-view and sale of the jewelry and argued with customers. They said their obligation is to the seller not the customers. Who says that to customers? That estate sale was nothing short of a shit show. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get to the sale. If the company had updated its Facebook page and listing on Estate Sales.com to say the jewelry was sold I, like many, would not have wasted time going to the sale.
