The dealership returned my vehicle to me twice with visible water damage that they never disclosed or fixed. Their negligence caused thousands in additional damage, and when I tried to work with them, service director Nick Crisafi instead cut off all communication. The New York DMV investigated and found the dealership at fault for failing to properly diagnose and repair the damage. I then took them to small claims court -- and the arbitrator ruled fully in my favor, ordering Mercedes-Benz of Syracuse to pay the maximum amount of $5,000 in damages. If you've experienced something similar, you can also file a DMV complaint and pursue legal action -- it's worth doing because you don't have to just accept poor service or damage to your vehicle. Feel free to reply here if you want to know what steps worked for me. I expected far better from a certified Mercedes-Benz facility. This was the most unprofessional service experience I've ever had.
