CarSense is awesome! I was buying my first car after finally getting my license (at age 30!). My…read moredad has bought a few cars from the CarSense in Cranberry and always had a great experience, so he recommended I check the Robinson location out since it's closer to me. First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

This Carshop has the worst service I've experienced in decades. I dont know who bought or took over…read morecarsense Robinson, but they're awful. It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

1 star only because my salesperson was kind and price seemed fair. The rest of my experience was…read morepoor after leaving the dealership. I come to find out weeks after my purchase they under paid by about $500 the contract agreed payoff of my trade in as a payment had cleared the day after my trade/purchase that I could not cancel due to autopay. Instead of the dealership paying off the contact signed amount and me getting a refund from Ford credit, they under paid. The dealership should have sent me a check for the difference. I sent multiple emails to multiple individuals including my salesperson and finance manager questioning this, demanding they refund me the difference and no one responded. Also, the extended warranty process was very deceptive i am now realizing. I asked directly to the finance manager more than once since I was purchasing a jeep, was the extended warranty a jeep manufacturer warranty and he answered yes each time. I trusted he was being honest, and not really reading the fine print and not being 100% knowledge about the extended warranty business, purchased it. After reviewing the paperwork recently, i noted it was a toyota finance extended warranty. I was upfront in the office signing papers if it wasn't a jeep manufacturer warranty i was purchasing it directly from jeep and not from their dealership. I feel he purposely deceived me to sell a warranty that day. I plan to cancel this warranty as he was deceptive in what he verbally told me I was purchasing. I would not recommend this dealership as their tactics are deceptive. Purchase price was fair, but the made extra money from me using these deceptive tactics.

My experience with Wright Collision of Ambridge started off okay, I had an insurance claim due to…read moresevere weather, and needed my rear windshield replaced and some body work done. Got the car back in about 3 weeks, and at first I thought they did great. I dropped off my rental and after getting in my car and driving to work, I noticed several problems. My headliner is missing retaining clips, headliner also has water lines on it that certainly shouldn't be there, the "A pillars" are all mangled from what looks like prying on it, the rear plastic parts behind the back seat head rests are just hanging there, there are a couple spots of overspray, some sort of blue substance is on my passenger door and A pillar, the windshield seems to have micro-bubbles/cracks all around it, and there is still about 1/8th to 1/4 gap between my rear glass and roof. I called the manager Greg to get these problems addressed on May 16th, and it seemed to be okay. I was told to come in May 29th, the day after memorial day, and they would give me a loaner vehicle while they fixed what they messed up. The morning of the 29th, I was there 15 minutes before they opened at 8, and Greg and I started to fill out paperwork. He went into the back office to speak to another employee, to which they came out and said that "we messed up another customers car friday and had to give out our loaner vehicle, and my technician has some vacation time coming up". I asked when that would be, and was told "today or tomorrow". I called back on the 30th, said who I was and was just checking to see when they would be getting their loaner car back. Once again I was told "today or tomorrow". Fast forward to June 3rd, I still haven't heard anything so I decided to email Greg. I said I would like to know if they will be fixing my car or if I should have it taken elsewhere to be repaired. I did receive an email later that day stating they received their loaner back late Friday, and they would be reaching out shortly to schedule the repairs of the short falls. It is now June 8th, nothing about when I will be able to drop off my car, no sort of update. I am now rolling up on 1 month having my car in this state, and it seems like no effort is being put into fixing what they messed up. "We messed up another customers car" and "my technician has some vacation time coming up" does not warrant me having to wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time.

I had a problem with the warranty they talked me into buying and requested that a $100.00 dollar fee be waived. The controller for Wright told be and I quote "You signed a contact too bad" He even admitted that the sales rep was caught lying to other customers!!! This how they treat the customer there. I have bought vehicles there and always used the service at the dealership. NEVER again. Read anything they want you to sign because they will lie to you to get you to buy. They lost a long time customer forever.
