I took the first available appointment, 10 days out, & then tried to add an inspection/emissions. I tried for 4 days to contact them. I used the chat function, which told me the service was added (not) & someone would call back (didn't). I even called sales to put me thru to service & got the same answering system that wanted to send me a link to the online booking system. I also requested a loaner car which I was told was not available & to contact them a few days before (how? they never answer phone & chats are not responded to), never did get a car. Long story short, I took my car in, got the service. Spoke to the girl behind the counter about this all, when I say she couldn't have given two craps less, I am not kidding. All she did was add the inspection/emissions to the call. They said it needed a new battery (bought from there about a year ago), purchased battery & now a week later, same light is back on. Would go to another dealership but their reviews are worse.

They would contact me when parts were in (April 2021). Fast forward 18 months later and still no call from the Wrong Buick in Wexford Pa and a new safety recall card arrived. Called Wrong dealer again and was rudely told we told you we will call you, parts on national backorder. So, I called 1-800 Buick and they hooked me up with North Star who stated they would also call when parts were in. North Star called 2 days later and car was in 3 days after that and repaired. I went to the Cranberry Township location and when I walked in I was greeted by Andy. He was very polite and non-threatening. Before I went I did a lot of research online (I love www.cars.com). I went to the location and told them what cars I wanted to see and they brought them up very quickly. I was not familiar with the Cranberry area so, I wanted Andy to go along on the test ride. He went without me and explained the features of the car as we drove. When we returned he had another client to attend to so, I went to the kiosk they have and found another car that I wanted to see. Another sales person asked me if I needed help and I asked to see the car at which point he went out in the rain to retrieve it for me. At no time did anyone treat me without respect and all of the employees were very respectful and they all said hello when I passed them. I did not interact with the service dept so, I can not rate their service at this time. The only negative thing I have to say about the Cranberry location is that they don't provide free refreshments as does their Robinson Township location. I would return to purchase a vehicle from Car sense again.
