This place has recently become on of my favorite nail places in town. I love the decor and service. It's nice that you can grab a drink before you sit down and be pampered. They also had little muffins the last time I was there. I recently went with my mother in law, best friend and my 4 year old daughter. It was her birthday and she had been asking to go get her nails done with me. They gave her a pink cupcake for the occasion. She loved being pampered there. My mother in law and I chose the desert pediacure package which was amazing. They use a frozen orange and massage your feet and legs. On a hot day it felt great. I have always had a hot stones before so this was very different. My mother in law thought it was the best pedicure she has ever had. The place seems very clean and I will be returning again. The only reason why it lost 1 star is because they charge $30 for my 4 year old nails. It was definitely not worth it. She couldn't hold still and her toe nails and nails were messed up by the time we left. The lady didn't even give her a manicure or pedicure. Just cut her nails down and polished. I will just do a polish change for her next time. For me it was well worth it though. read more

The employees are extremely rude. I walked in, told them what I needed done, and they had a problem assisting me. First time there and I ended up walking out because I won't be giving my money to people that can't treat you right. Never going back and wouldn't recommend it either. read more

I love this place . I go to Son Nguyen. She does a great job of making sure you get exactly what you want. I get a spa pedicure with a gel manicure. She is efficient and friendly. My nails always look great. I highly recommend this place but ask for her and you definitely won't be disappointed. Bring cash for a tip since you can't add on on your card :) read more

Everyone here is awesome. They don't rush and they don't pressure you, they are pleasant to visit with and everyone has been a perfectionist in getting my gel mani correct every time. They are extremely hygienic, clean tools each time with liners inside the spa foot soak. My gels last several weeks and only need to be redone because they grow out!! Definitely go here! read more

This is just an amazing place to enjoy your "me time". The decor is beautiful and the place is very spacious. I love the chandeliers!! The staff is very professional. Plenty of hot water for mani/pedi without asking the staff to add more heat! And on top of that you will receive complimenary water, Coke products or a sweet treat if you desire. OV foot and hand spa by Kelly is totally worth every penny you spend there. I even liked OV Posh nail and spa better than this place. I am not saying they did a poor job. Everyone here was very friendly. They did a great job on my pedicure and fill. The only reason why it didnt get a full 5 stars is because I made an appointment and still ended up waiting 30+ minutes in between my pedicure and fill. Went in for a regular manicure for my birthday. My husband picked this place out based on reviews and thought it sounded nice. I was able to be sat without a wait but unfortunately the service I received was not what I was expecting. My manicure was very rushed and done poorly. I left with nail polish on the sides of nearly every finger. When I got home, I cleaned up the edges myself and unfortunately it looks like my polish is going to peel off within the next day or two. I had high hopes for this salon but unfortunately will not be back. read more

If you want a clean, decently priced nail salon with great people - i Touch Day Spa is your place. My wife and I went and checked it out by recommendation of a co-worker and it did not disappoint. There is a menu of services for both manicures and pedicures to choose from and all are fantastic. Our first time, we did a pedicure that included having frozen citrus massaged on our legs - it was heavenly. The second time, we did a pedicure that included paraffin wax - it, too, was heavenly. Tonight, we did a "basic" pedicure which was far from basic. Great selection of colors to choose from. They offer beverages complimentary and even sometimes have homemade cupcakes! I have been looking for a better nail salon in Oro Valley and thank god I found this place! The first great thing is that they use liners in there pedicure chairs and everything is extremely clean. I got a full set of acrylic nails done yesterday with rhinestones but 17 out of the 28 rhinestones have fallen off :( I haven't done anything extreme for them to come off. They were done very nicely at first (except for one of the nails being crooked) but It's very upsetting when I pay $56 plus tip and they don't even last me a day! read more

I love I Touch! I've known Sarah before she opened her salon and now her and her husband own this one. It's so nice! Coffee, sparkling water, fresh baked goods all ready for you when you walk in, as well as refills throughout my appointments. It's beautiful inside, clean and the staff and manager, Stacy, are all wonderful and caring. The pedis are so relaxing and soothing. I love going in knowing I will be relaxed when I leave. Not only is the spa clean, but they have all the latest nail colors and styles as well as the best facials on the planet. I do gel nails and they last the longest after my visit to i Touch Day Spa. This is a must visit if you want your nails done and have them looking best for weeks. The pedicure massages are a dream. The prices are also extremely reasonable. And the decor is beautiful.
